*Great stop-over for attending weddings in the area!* Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Located in New Smyrna Beach at the Sea Coast Gardens 2 Complex, this condo is a dream where guests can relax in style. The property also offers WiFi, heating, AC, and more for a comfortable stay.
We think our place will help you experience everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer! *Recently upgraded ceramic floor tile and fresh paint throughout our condo!* Unit has condo accounts for Netflix & Disney (w/Hulu) Streaming Services. ***Both services have been logged in for your use, but please contact Bob for any issues such as disconnection.***
Our condo unit is conveniently located right next to both the building elevator and 3rd floor laundry room. There are guest wristbands (for wearing in pool area) and a guest parking pass for our single on-site parking space in the welcome desk inside the condo unit. Inside our unit, we have a welcome desk setup which has a hard key for the unit (in case you prefer) along with a key to the complex Laundry Room which are located on each floor (phone app used).
We help our guests to focus on their stay (and not the small stuff) by providing K-Cup coffee pods & machine with sweetners & creamer, coffee to-go cups, dishwasher & laundry soap/pods, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There is a seat and table on the balcony, from which guests can sip their favorite drinks while watching the sunrise & sunset! We also provide bodyboards, beach towels & umbrella and sand toys!
The Sea Coast 2 condominium complex is located within walking distance of a grocery store, bar, restaurant and gym, all of which are across the street (less than half a block South of complex)! Our condo complex is on a 'No Drive' section of beach, so our guests can comfortably (and safely) lounge right on the beach. It is also conveniently located minutes away (by vehicle) from other local shopping spots and the vibrant tourist area of Flagler Avenue.

Property was perfect inside, well decorated, AC worked great, kitchen was ample and well stocked with coffee. TV’s were easy to understand, very comfortable. My only negative was that it said ocean view which it wasn’t unless you stretched out standing on the balcony and could get a tiny view of the ocean. Place was perfect for my lady and I and had a wonderful time in a spotless condo.

It was my second time staying at this condo and we will be back . I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this is by far the cleanest and cutest one I have been in. The condo has everything you need and more . Beach access is a breeze and so is parking . Host is wonderful and responsive. Highly recommend and we will be back !

Perfect beach getaway
Friends enjoying a week at the beach. Property was perfect and far exceeded our expectations. Decor, amenities and location provided everything we needed for a relaxing week.

Bob’s condo was very nice. It was super clean and perfect for 2 people! The communication was great and Bob was able to answer all of our questions. We loved all of the equipment available for use on the beach. Pool was clean and sparkling. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall, a good stay!

We loved our stay at this property! We would suggest this rental to anyone, without any reservation. The owners thought of everything! The property is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful vacation! It’s steps from the ocean! The pools and club house were lovely!! We liked it so much, we have already reserved it for next year!!!

Perfection In Every Area
This was such a fantastic stay! The condo was so clean and absolutely adorable. The furniture was extremely comfortable as well! I would recommend 10 out of 10 to stay here!!

Best beachside paradise!
We had the absolute best time and our host went above and beyond with everything; from being easily reachable for questions to having small details like -to go- coffee cups for our morning walks. We fell in love with the place and have decided that we will be returning every year to this little paradise! This rental property has exceeded all of our expectations and we cannot wait to return!

New Smyrna Beach one bedroom condo.
Very clean and beautifully decorated.Easy access to the ocean. Nice pool area.disappointed the condo was facing the parking lot and highway and not “ocean front “ as the listing stated.

Beautiful condo unit by the beach
This unit has everything you need. A beautifully decorated bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a nice living room/dining room area plus the kitchen where I cooked many meals in. In addition to that is the nicest host I've ever dealt with renting houses in NSB. He responds right away to your questions or concerns and is so very nice. I highly recommend this rental.

This was our 3rd stay at Bob’s condo and we had a lovely time as usual. The condo is sparkly clean, kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and all your beach and pool needs. Parking is easy and the whole complex is just really nice . Perfect beach gateway! We will back soon !

We had a wonderful stay! The one bedroom beach condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway\. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and pool, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The bed was comfortable, the space was well-maintained, and we appreciated how peaceful and cozy it felt. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach escape!

The Sea Coast 2 condominium complex is located within walking distance of a grocery store, bar, restaurant and gym, all of which are across the street (less than half a block South of complex)! Our condo complex is on a 'No Drive' section of beach, so our guests can comfortably (and safely) lounge right on the beach.
It is also conveniently located minutes away (by vehicle) from other local shopping spots and the vibrant tourist area of Flagler Avenue.
