This privately owned unit is furnished with all the latest updates and comes with everything that you need for a wonderful, memorable stay in historic New Smyrna Beach. The penthouse is equipped with a double balcony, accessible through the bedroom and living room, the balcony faces the ocean. You will be able to sleep soundly with sounds of the ocean waves. This condo is within walking distance of historical Flagler avenue, which has many shops, versatile restaurants, and taverns. Ample parking is provided, as well as security on staff 24/7. If the dates that you are looking for are not available owner has another unit on the fifth floor with a direct oceanfront view as well. Contact owner for rates and availability.

Very nice property! The condo was very comfortable and had everything necessary to enjoy the beach. We love how close it is to Flagler Ave. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall a great place, close to beach and everything was very clean. Only issue was hot water took a long time, but host resolved problem quickly. Had a great time!

The room was ok the pool closed really early and once the pool closed they locked it so you can’t get to the beach without walking all the way around then there is no were to rinse the sand off so if you enjoy the beach of the evening like we do definitely disappointed and something ate us up in the room

Condo was as expected - great beach view from high floor, awesome balcony, amenities were plentiful and in working order except A/C was a bit loud, perfect location, front desk staff were very helpful, host communications were timely, would definitely stay again.

Amenities were in good condition, the view was very, very nice from the balcony, the sound of the ocean. Every night was wonderful to sleep too. We would definitely go back.
Wonderful beach.
Sunrise was gorgeous.
This was happening right in front of us.
We are top floor on the right.

Place is very nicely decorated. Kitchen had all standard appliances that coulld possibly need. Seating on balcony was comfortable as was the furniture inside. I had to contact host about hot water and she responded immediately. She wad very pleasant. It was a very nice visit.
