This privately owned unit is furnished with all the latest updates and comes with everything that you need for a wonderful, memorable stay in historic New Smyrna Beach. The penthouse is equipped with a double balcony, accessible through the bedroom and living room, the balcony faces the ocean. You will be able to sleep soundly with sounds of the ocean waves. This condo is within walking distance of historical Flagler avenue, which has many shops, versatile restaurants, and taverns. Ample parking is provided, as well as security on staff 24/7. If the dates that you are looking for are not available owner has another unit on the fifth floor with a direct oceanfront view as well. Contact owner for rates and availability.

Place very clean,had everything we needed. Look just like photos. Owner easy to get when I had questions. Easy access to Beach and pools very nice. Walking to Flagler Ave restaurants and shops. Many restaurants and Publix short drive.I recommend this place highly.

Check-in and communication went smoothly. This unit is comfortable and cool with a beautiful view from the 6th floor. The entire complex is very clean, safe and well-maintained by a courteous staff. It's a very short walk to the beach and Flagler Avenue. I would rent here again. Thank you, Tricia.

This condo was a lovely place to stay. My wife and I have been to NSB many times but this was our first time staying at this particular resort. The amenities were wonderful and the location is extremely convenient given the proximity to Flagler Ave. We were able to easily walk down to the shops, get ice cream, etc. even with our toddler. Tricia is very communicative and easy to work with.

Great Spot

We had a very nice stay. Unfortunately the weather wasn't that great and it was chilly. We still went to the beach. We just couldn't swim. Our room was amazing. It was well equipped with anything that we may possibly need. It was nice and clean and we definitely felt safe at our location.

Great stay

Had a wonderful time on our extended weekend. The property was wonderful, we are definitely planning to return. Beautiful views from the balcony and easy access to the beach and the night life on Flagler Ave. We give it 5 stars.

Beach front Paradise

Unit was well supplied with good quality items. The building staff were very helpful. Great View! Great Beach! We like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and bedding.

Right on the beach. Great view from the balcony. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Comfortable bed. Clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.
