We had a fabulous time at this property! The house was just as we expected and it had a fully stocked kitchen to make cooking meals a breeze. The pool was a fun addition for the kids and the adults loved the hot tub. We can't say enough good things about this property.

We choose this property for the location and the space. We wanted a cabin feel but close to the action. We had 8 adults (18yrs-72yrs) and 1 child (4yrs old). It worked out great. Space was clean, check in was very easy, check out was easy, and we had plenty of space for everyone. Definitely enjoyed coffee on the balcony, laye night swims, and good old family time.

This cabin was 10/10 from start to finish! The cabin was beautiful, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The indoor pool, pool table, fireplace, and huge covered decks made it the perfect getaway. Sitting in the rocking chairs surrounded by the trees was so peaceful, and the cabin looked absolutely beautiful at night! We also loved the thoughtful touches, including the items provided in the refrigerator for guests. It really felt like a home away from home.Cody was amazing and made everything so easy from beginning to end! Communication was great, and the whole stay was completely stress-free.We had an incredible time, made wonderful memories, and did NOT want to leave! 10/10 would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cabin!

We had a blast staying in this cabin. The host Cody is great and so easy to communicate with, would 100% stay here or one of his properties next time we are in Pigeon Forge! The cabin was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed to just enjoy evenings hanging out at the cabin playing pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or swimming. The house is literally only about 3-4 minutes from the Pigeon Forge strip.

The cabin was very clean. It had all the commodities that we were looking for and the kids loved the pool! I love how close it was to the attractions in Pigeon Forge. The host is so nice and really aimed at making sure we had a good experience. Highly recommend!!

The property was nice. The host took a little bit of joy out of everyday while we were on vacation. 1. Kids out the wrong code in the door multiple times. He sends a message stating that he’s triggered and that if he has to come out and reset the door code there will be a” FINE”! Stating that he is crabby and he’s been at Dolly Wood all day. 2. When asked how to get into the pool room he replied in a rude unwelcoming manor. “In the welcoming packet I’ve already sent you!” Being very short and rude. 3. Anytime we had a question he seemed to have the same demeanor. We asked a total of 2 questions.

First you couldn’t follow the directions I kept texting you for the door codes over and over. When I told you that you were using the wrong code and you wouldn’t listen. I have never had anyone have issues with the door codes in 2 years. Then the front door smart lock app was constantly telling me your group was entering the wrong codes all day for your whole stay. This was a you issue not me. I was not rude. I was tired of explaining myself over and over and you guys wouldn’t listen. And I told you the front door will lock you out if wrong code too many times. Read the welcome packet and you wouldn’t have had an issue.

This house was great for our family. Plenty of spaces and things to do together and apart. The pool and hot tub were fun to have. The house was a perfect spot to drive in and out of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed.

Spotless cabin, beds were very comfortable, great space!! Pool area was great! Well ventilated!! Hot tub felt amazing & was clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. All supplies were provided as far as dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. There were even hair dryers with diffusers in each bathroom (us curly hair people appreciate the diffuser) We had a great stay and highly recommend this cabin!! Excellent communication with host/owner, easy check in & check out. Thanks again, Cody!!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and well cared for. Communication with the host was phenomenal and they were so kind. The pool was a perfect temperature! We have a 2 year old and 7 year old and they loved it. I also loved that there were baby gates on the stairs which was an added bonus. I could go on and on about how wonderful our stay was!

Family had a great stay! This cabin worked great for our family. We had such a great time in the pool and hot tub, it was hard to get the kids out. It was stocked well with everything needed in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels and the bed were comfortable. Highly recommend this cabin!

The cabin was cozy! Three bedrooms on 3 different floors. Bottom bedroom doesnt have a shower in its bathroom and stays a little warm due to the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with snacks and everything needed to cook. Top bedroom stays cooler than the others but still comfy. The cabin was decorated for christmas and was super cute! All stair cases have baby gates which is super uncommon and very nice if you have a toddler. We had a wonderful time!

Our stay was amazing! Cody was a great host and very accommodating. Couple things I would say. There is no early check in. If you get into town early, occupy yourself. Also, it's a community helping for food and household items. I would do inventory before shopping. Otherwise the stay was super nice! Cabin was very clean and very spacious. We made it our home for 6 days and didn't want to leave! Pool and room was warm and clean. Hot tub is drained after every stay. Very beautiful cabin! And plenty of memories to be made!

I want to touch on a few subjects. The only community thing is the fridge the household items we check after every single guest. Yes the hot tub is drained each time. Standard practice for all rentals. And yes we do offer early check in. It’s a fee and it must be told prior to your arrival. Thank you for staying with us.

Incredible property!!

The cabin was IMMACULATE!!! The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and personalized to our group. The cabin was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Not even dust on the baseboards or a stray cobweb. The pool was perfect for our tween girls and the hot tub was perfect for the mamas!! Literally everything you’d want and more for a Smokey mountain retreat. The games, the pool, the kitchen, the hot tub, the kids preferred to play at the cabin instead of any of the other fun activities we were within a few minutes of. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing!

I just have to say, this cabin was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its beauty.One of the aspects I appreciated the most was the thoughtful decor; every detail was carefully chosen, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Especially with all the Christmas decor It's clear that the owner put a lot of effort into ensuring that the cabin had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable getaway. We truly cannot wait to return to this little piece of paradise. Our experience was made even more memorable thanks to Cody, who was an exceptional host. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. His hospitality made our stay even more special, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect Family Getaway!Our stay at Bear Splash in Sevierville was absolutely perfect for our family of four — with plenty of room for friends if we wanted to bring them along. The host, Cody, was incredibly responsive and courteous throughout our stay.The cabin was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, which was such a nice touch. The thermostat is maintained by the host, and the temperature was comfortable day and night.Our kids (ages 5 and 8) had everything they could want right on the property and especially loved the porch lighting, which made the evenings extra fun. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after long days at Dollywood or hiking the nearby trails — pure bliss!The best part? The location! It’s so convenient to everything — no winding, scary mountain roads to worry about, which was a huge relief for me. Access is super easy! While the cabin doesn’t have a big mountain overlook, it makes up for it with a cozy forest feel that’s peaceful and private.We’d definitely stay here again — a wonderful family retreat!
