This condo is very spacious! Located in a clean, conveniently located building just a short drive from the popular Pier Park area, this unit provides a home away from home. With a wrap around balcony on the 3rd floor, views of the west pool, the beach, and the sun setting are a definite plus! The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, Gulf view bay window, private balcony door, a large bathroom with double vanities and a deep garden tub with separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed with a full private bathroom and a view of the beach. The 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds and a full bathroom as well. The Bunk area has two bunk beds and will sleep 4 people (max. 135 lbs. on top bunks.) Our Living room has a Loveseat with a full size sleeper, a large sofa, two recliners and a dining area that may seat up to 14. Two large pools and two hot tubs are available outside and there is a heated indoor pool as well. The Fitness room has a spa area with two hot tubs, sauna, shower and steam rooms. There is a game room and a family theatre also on site. Waves Restaurant, a market with Starbucks coffee and ice cream, a Tiki bar and beach chair service are also available on site during prime season. Hours are limited in the Winter season. In this large unit, families may enjoy the luxury of being together at the Beach with enough room for some private time as well! This home is approx. 15 minutes from the PCB International Airport with a covered parking garage and enclosed walkway from garage to building. Located minutes from upscale shopping, dining and activity areas but far enough for some peaceful quiet time, this location is perfect for a relaxing family vacation! Please note, I only accept bookings from the primary renter who will be staying in the condominium unit. If the required information in the rental agreement is not submitted within 8 hours of the booking request, your booking request will be denied. Thank you for your interest in my property.

Family Vacation

Condo is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. My family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children (ages 5-14) enjoyed the large living space and wrap around balcony. The property is a wonderful space for families. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for large family vacation!

The condo was clean and very spacious in living area and bedrooms! Perfect spot for a family of 11 with small children to play! Close to grocery store and good food options and pools were large enough to comfortably accommodate lots of families!

Great views and room was very spacious

The room was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. Being on the beach was wonderful. Had great balcony chairs & tables for enjoying the view. The pool was nice as well. The manager communicated very well throughout the process. It was challenging getting to the room & check out as there is only 1 elevator.

Beautiful, spacious condo on the beach!

This condo was beautiful and had plenty of room for our party of 12 with 6 adults, 3 teens, and 3 kids. The living space was bigger than we expected and we had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was very clean. Anna was great at communicating and was very responsive when our code to the door wasn't working and I had to call her at 11 PM. She took care of it immediately. She was wonderful to work with and we would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo in a great location

This condo was perfect for tge holiday week with multiple families. Anna was great to communicate with and had everything in the condo. The amount of electric plugs, towels, and supplies were great. Even included the beach backpack chairs for off season. Highly recommend the resort and this end unit.

Great place, wonderful owner!

This unit is so spacious and was very well stocked with necessities and extras. Our kids loved the bunk room- it was just right for 4 kids 8-10years old. Anna was very easy to contact and “checked in” to make sure everything was up to par! The building is very large, so we definitely got our steps in. Hope to stay again!

Awesome Spring Break ever

Ther than the red tide a couple days we had the best time!

Great visit!

Extremely clean, very nice layout with plenty of space for multiple families, in-unit washer/dryer a big help. Anna thought of little things that families need (nightlights, extra plugs, etc). 3rd floor is a huge plus as you don’t need elevators. Loved the balcony each morning and night. Anna was very responsive, checked in on us throughout and was easy to work with.

Anna was fabulous to work with and her condo was BEAUTIFUL!!! The only negative is the SLOW SLOW elevators which she was honest about and the rudeness of the staff. But as far as her condo and her goes I give her a 10/10

Beautiful Condo and Great Views!

This condo was light and airy, clean and comfortable. We had 13 people total and we had plenty of sleeping and hanging out room. We had additional family staying in another room; they joined us for family dinner several nights…still we had enough room. I can’t say enough about this particular condo and owner. Anna was very good and prompt with communication and details. We highly recommend Anna and her condo for anyone interested in staying at the Tidewater Resort.

Looking for the "perfect" family house on the beach?

I FOUND IT!! YES, the aroma of bacon & eggs lures all 13 of us from our many individual bedrooms to the spacious dining area for a big family breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen. Afterwards, just walk out to the sand 'n surf playground...or people-watch from your roomy balcony...or enjoy the lazy river indoor pool...or take a short drive to go-karts, mini-golf, Pier Park, ice cream...the hard part is waiting on the elevators to get us all there! Memories made...family bonding...YEP! We are already booked for next year! CAN'T WAIT!! SHERRIE MC...TN

Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful condo, and large enough to accommodate our group of 10 without running over each other. Fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals a breeze. The beds are so amazing! I woke up feeling great every morning! The bunk room worked out well with 4 children. The 3rd floor location is fantastic, you can take the stairs and avoid the congestion at the elevators. Anna is a perfect host, and we will definitely book with her again! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

I am very grateful & I am pleased to share our special place with others, to make memories of their own!

The VIEW!!! This property is only a one-day drive from Nashville TN. The new Airport is located only 15 minutes from this beachfront property! The size, location and comfort of this unit ensures that everyone staying here will have room to relax & enjoy their own space in a beautiful setting. The on-site amenities & local area attractions add to the overall package that make this a great place to be.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The wrap around balcony on the west end has a spectacular view.
The lower 3rd floor allows for easy access to load items in & out or get to the pool & beach. There is no need to wait on the elevator if you are able to walk up and down stairs. The location is perfect. Most everything is within walking distance or a short driving distance. We are near popular Pier Park but far enough away to offer some relief from crowds and traffic. We have installed a RING doorbell for additional security in this unit.
