Host was very responsive and the property was tastefully designed given it’s a fairly older house. But it’s still very comfortable to live and sleep. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Bed was comfortable. Location is excellent.

Great place to stay if you want to explore downtown!! We walked from our place everyday and found lots to explore. The unit is comfortable, fully stocked, has off street parking and was fantastic for us.

We lived our stay here! Very very clean and has everything you need. Centrally located to trails, downtown, lovely neighborhoods, or concert venues. We would definitely stay again in the future.

It is a cute little apt, but it is definitely not set up to have friends or family over to visit you when you’re traveling from out of town. Needs more seating and I guess it’s assumed that people are going to eat out. I personally did not find the beds that comfortable, I felt like the bed was too hard.Watch out for Vrbo and their search engine. I purposely was looking for a place for a hot tub and I got directed to this house and it “listed” (they removed that) a barbecue but you’re not allowed to use either. I paid money for this place to use the hot tub and a barbecue and I was denied both.The other thing you don’t know in the description is that it is a downstairs apartment so the people above you can be heard talking and walking into the night. I thought I was getting a whole house with the use of the hot tub and the barbecue. And this is really the first negative review I’ve ever made for a VRBO place.The host himself seemed nice when I was talking with him and he probably is a pleasant person. But my point is he needs to do a better job describing this place so people don’t get hosed on staying in this unit without knowing all the facts first. I will definitely not be staying here again.They didn’t even have a pizza cutter lol.. The parking spot for the lower unit is on the opposite side of building from the door in a tight alleyway. And the parking spot in front of the apartment door was taken over by the other tenants. And they clearly did not know how t

Thank you for your review. I want to respectfully clarify that the listing has always accurately described the property as a downstairs apartment with the amenities available. Our other guests have been very happy, and this is the first complaint of this nature we've received in many stays. It sounds like this property may not have been the right fit for what you were looking for—which is completely fair. The space is designed as a comfortable retreat for individual travelers or couples, not as a venue for hosting larger groups. I wish you better luck finding a property that better suits your needs for your next trip. Thank you for the feedback.
