We understand your disappointment regarding the furnishings and decor. At the time of your booking, some of the listing photos had not yet been updated to reflect recent changes to the furnishings. As part of our booking process, we proactively sent current photos of the unit, including the living room and dining area, and informed you that the dining table shown in the listing was no longer present. These photos were provided shortly after your reservation was made so that you could review the space and determine whether it would still meet your needs. We did not receive any concerns or requests to modify or cancel the reservation. We have since updated the listing photos to ensure they accurately reflect the current furnishings and layout of the unit. While we regret that the space did not meet your expectations, it was never our intention to misrepresent the property, and we appreciate your feedback in helping us improve the guest experience. Regarding check-in, we’re sorry you found the process more complicated than expected.
