Enjoy a well appointed stay at the Historic Cooper Arms building in Long Beach. Enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset wine on the balcony with a view of the Queen Mary and the neighboring Terrace Theatre complex along the historic waterfront skyline. The bedroom features a king size memory foam cooling mattress with a luxurious cooling tencel comforter and silky tencel cooling sheets. The bathroom comes equipped with a bathtub and bath salts, toiletries and more. In the additional living space, you'll find a sofa bed for extra guests. Stay in and cook a gourmet meal in the well stocked kitchen with bar top seating or head out on the town to enjoy all the best that DTLB has to offer, all within walking distance, including East Village Arts District, Pine Ave, Shoreline Village, the Terrace Theatre and the Convention Center.

Absolutely amazing property. Located steps to the ocean. Has a quaint upscale feel in a historic building. Very secure residence. Lovely sun throughout. FULLY equipped kitchen/bath. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We came for Formula Drift, it was a perfect location. Only a 7 min walk to the convention center. The location is very walkable and the people were friendly. There is a cute restaurant attached to the building with super good food! Overall the stay was amazing and we would likely return!

Perfect location for the convention center. Had everything we could have needed. Comfortable and felt like home. Beautiful historic building. Would totally stay there again if we needed to come down to Long Beach again.

Location as described. Very clean, clear communication and responsive when had questions. Close to where we needed to be (visiting daughter and her family in Long Beach), parking was a plus. They had coffee available which we appreciated. Good stay!
