LOVED it here! It was cozy and clean. They don’t have ac but did provide fans. I would definitely go back if I was visiting again!

This apartment was great. It was very well appointed and had plenty of dishes, utensils, and pots/ pans. It was extremely quiet - day and night. Plenty of towels and a comfortable bed and furniture. The owner was ready and willing to answer questions regarding the apartment. We hope to stay here again!

Charming, comfortable, and convenient. Wonderful neighborhood with food and shopping close by. Some other reviews mentioned scarce parking, but we didn’t have any problems. Highly recommended.

Everything was wonderful. The property was beautiful, clean and in a great neighborhood location. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and very friendly. I would highly recommend to family, friends and would stay here again.

Maple Leaf is a great area to stay; I would definitely stay there again when I visit my relatives in Seattle.There is a coffee shop, a bakery and a game store around the corner on Roosevelt and the Maple Leaf park is nearby.

Very clean, modern apartment that was thoughtfully stocked with good dishes and kitchen, equipment and bathroom and kitchen supplies. Very easy entrance and exit with a code and key. we highly recommend this property and will probably come to stay again.Just to be aware, there are steps down to the apartment, but with a good handrail. There is not a grab bar in the bath shower.

The apartment was well-furnished, clean, comfortable and in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable and street parking is easy to find. Several excellent coffee shops are within a 5-10 minute walk. The host was pleasant and helpful.

This home was the perfect size for my husband and I to live and work from for a few days. Clean and comfortable with a fully functional, well supplied kitchen. Great north Seattle location, walkable to parks and restaurants.

The apartment was exactly as described on VRBO. The unit was very clean and he provided lots of little things that made it wonderful. We arrived very late so did not have time to hit a grocery store. Greg had all the supplies for morning coffee and tea available! The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure. All the kitchen appliances and supplies were high end. Gregory provided clear directions on accessing the unit. There was plenty of street parking. We would definitely return if we come back to Seattle!

The apartment is very nice. It has been remodeled and modernized. The host keeps the apartment very clean and tidy. I was able to cook full meals. There was no AC but there are plenty of windows in each room and two big fans.

We feel super lucky to have found this spot for our weekend trip! The neighborhood is very quaint with lots of things walkable including the Northgate Station to take the 1 train to downtown. Greg was very attentive to our questions and had everything we needed for our stay. The place is very well kept and minimal, easy check in and check out!

This home is just what we hoped for. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, quiet unit (even though it is so central). Wonderful little patio area with lots of trees and plants. Unit was new, super clean, and well done overall. Plenty of available street parking. Definitely would consider staying here again.

The accommodation was immaculate. The furnishings were very tasteful and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room for unpacking and closet space. Very private and prompt communication from Greg. Neighborhood is lovely with coffee shops and bakery nearby. Highly recommend.
