New second floor studio apartment above detached garage in a quiet West Seattle neighborhood. It has a full kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities you’ll need. The couch folds out into a king bed or you can just use one side as a twin. Plenty of street parking and easy access to main bus lines. It is located in our backyard, so you might see us or hear kids playing from time to time

Excellent property in West Seattle neighborhood

Clean, well-managed property in West Seattle neighborhood close to major streets. My husband and I stayed there while visiting family in West Seattle during the holidays. The studio was clean, well-supplied, with a large kitchen area and large bath. There was a private entrance close to street parking. We would definitely recommend!

Would stay again!

Clean, quiet and very cute place, well stocked with the necessities, and a Netflix guest account, too. The bed is very firm and this was the only drawback for us.

Perfect little getaway spot for 2!

I attended a weekend-long workshop in west seattle, and this was the perfect place to return to each day! The AC was SUCH a relief to come back to, and the neighborhood is so quiet! It was clean, functional, and had all the amenities I needed. Thank you!

Cozy spot. Great neighborhood.

My wife and i really enjoyed this studio. It is in a really nice, quiet area, just a few blocks off the water. We got a kick out of all the bunnies hopping around the neighborhood.

Excellent property!

The property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is spotless and very nicely done. There is everything you would need for your stay. The hide-a-bed is not your typical and very comfortable! We will definitely stay again!!!

Super cozy in a great location

This place is lovely! It's in a super quiet family friendly neighborhood, with great walking trails right on the water. Close to bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and the water taxi. The pull out bed is surprisingly very comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need to cook whole meals. Great place.

Perfect

Hosts were super responsive to communications, the unit was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and furnished, the sofa bed was unbelievably comfortable (firm, which suited me), and the neighborhood was very safe and quiet.

Clean quiet Seattle stay

Great little spot above the garage. Very clean and nice. We were a bit wary of the sofa bed but it was actually quite comfy. I don’t know Seattle well but the area seemed safe and quiet. It was also very reasonably priced, especially in comparison to the crazy rates some other properties are posting.

Nice neighborhood and very clean

Great place. Everything was very clean and furnishings were are up date. Sofa bed was very easy to fold out to a bed. We had a great stay.

Seattle Wedding

I was a little shocked that we would be sleeping on a hide-a-bed....somehow I missed that. In my 56 years.....it was THE MOST Comfortable hide-a-bed ever.

Wonderful Hosts- Super clean and cute!!!

Quiet, nice arrangement. Very convenient for me to get to my rental property! Sofa bed was new and clean but a bit hard on my “old bones!” Could use a foam topper to help. Toaster would be good, too! Highly recommend!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating. The only thing I would ask to improve would be to get curtains on the windows as we were woken up quite early by the sunshine.

This was perfect for us as we were catching a cruise but wanted a day to stay in the area being our daughter and granddaughter just moved out there. Very convenient to both.

Great little spot in West Seattle

Super awesome spot in a very quiet neighborhood. Comes equipped with AC which was very nice to have on the hot days of the trip. We were concerned that it may not have one, but the unit worked amazingly and kept the temp at a very comfortable level. Very clean. Close to Alki Beach which was convenient. There’s a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk down the street for those that need to grab something on the fly, or forgot something. We cooked a full meal for dinner, with no issues. The *only* minor gripe I have is that there wasn’t enough linens. I’d suggest bringing a blanket if you’re someone who likes to sleep under the blankets. Other than that, I’d fully recommend this spot. I would 110% stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cute little spot to stay in West Seattle.

This beautiful little place was just what we needed! Simple and cute and super clean. Everything looked brand new. The neighborhood is lovely and felt very safe. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay, quiet neighborhood!

We had a very nice stay here and would definitely come back. Messaging with Sarah was quick and responsive although we didn’t need much help! It was easy to find and she explained the location well and check in was very easy. Fun location in west Seattle near local restaurants and bars. Unit is new, clean, and cozy. We would happily come back :)
