Very nice place, we really enjoyed thePool my family and I, we were all more than satisfied. Without a doubt we would book the property again. I recommend it!!

Very relaxing low key vacation with a lot of beach days. Most activities 7 to 15 minutes away.Also spent quite a lot of time in the pool.Very friendly host. Prompt answers to questions.

Very Nice

We had a short trip to Colonial Beach for our granddaughter's birthday. The house is beautiful and very, very clean. If you stay in the warm months the pool will be nice. Nice quiet neighborhood. The owner is very responsive.

Fantastic Christmas visit

This property worked great for a family Christmas get together. The kids (young and old) loved foosball and the arcade games. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat together and the overall layout and cleanliness was fantastic. The host was very thoughtful and the house had everything you needed to cook for a large group including two large pots that made it super easy to cook everything all at once for our festive dinner. Everything in the house was well labeled and easy to find. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Tony was an amazing host. The house was very clean and quickly felt like home. My family wanted a quick trip to experience Colonial Beach and had a great time. Highlights included the pool, the community beach which was a short walk from the property, restaurants, and a wonderful craft fair on the boardwalk. Make sure you check out Circa 1892, Orchard Thai, and the The Ice House for some great music and seafood.

This was a great spot for 6 of us to gather from around the country to attend a family wedding. Colonial Beach is lovely, and we only regret that the weather was too cold and rainy for beach time. The Vermont in-laws used the pool each day nonetheless, and the house was really fun and well equipped for our reunion.
