We had a very nice stay. The house was equipped with everything that was advertised. Convenient to the beach and we love the spacious balcony.

We got this listing during the off season but it was still nice enough to go to the beach. The price was great for the location as it’s a block away from the beach and there’s tons of businesses close by. Our tv wasn’t working while we were there and nobody came to help us connect it but other than that the spot was nice. Could use some updating but would rent again. Thank you

Great home! Perfect for our family of 6 and great walking distance from the beach and shops. Enclosed garage was very useful. Communication with the host was super quick and responsive. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a response. Lots of bath towels and pool towels were provided as well. We will for sure rent again!

Superb location!

We couldn't get over how great the location of this property is - so convenient for fun at the beach. We made a few trips by foot to the nearby grocery store. The apartment's kitchen is fully stocked; beds were comfortable; bathrooms plenty spacious for our our group of 5.

Great Stay!

The rental was perfect for our beach trip to Newport. It was clean and everything was there that we needed. Communication with the host was very good and they responded very quickly to questions we had. The location was also perfect as the beach was so close. The garage space also fit my SUV, so that was a plus as well! Would absolutely stay there again.

Will not use this company ever again. I Rent beach houses annually and this was the worst. garage code didnt work and had no access, was an ordeal to fix over several hours even though they could have just given the side door code right away which is what they wound up doing hours later. The tvs did not work properly per the most recent review and I contacted company before hand to make sure they were fixed and they assured me they were but in fact were not. They provided the wrong wifi information twice and I had to send them the correct information. To their credit, they did show up the day after I reported the issues and fixed them but then told me "everything checked out" as if I was lying. They were not fixed prior as they told me they were. Tvs are not smart tvs- no streaming or casting abilities- only cable. Very outdated. I called days before to see what beach items were supplied as every beach house i have stayed at always had items available for use. They told me they had towels and 2 beach chairs. The beach chairs provided were 2 toddler sized rusted like 5 chairs. Totally insufficient. They had 2 boogies boards as well, 1 was broken. Dishwasher was literally falling out of it's cabinet and was also told that was fixed. It seems like this company only checks on this property if issues are reported and doesn't care for it, update or stock it on a regular basis. Master bed was fine but other 2 beds were total mush! My kids slept horribly. Just bad- dont recommend!

please read reviews before staying

I arrived on my daughters birthday with a ton of food to host dinner that night. The refrigerator was not cold so I moved food to freezer so it wouldn't go bad. When the appliance man finally showed up, he took all the food out of the freezer and it was ruined. I have no clue why he took it all out when it was working, he barely spoke english so i had a hard time talking to him. Also, this house had a terrible smell when we walked in so I had to go buy glade plug ins that helped a ton. The drawers in the master bedroom do not open so it was a nightbare putting clothes away. This house is cute, but kitchen is very small and two people can't walk next to each other. Its worth 4-5k for the week, I got robbed at 9k with all my food ruined and no reimbursement for the food. And it was my daughters birthday so we couldn't host since my kitchen was a mess. I get things happen, but they didn't seem to care at all and her night was ruined along with our food.

We had a great trip to this house. Sour points were the dishwasher was not working and no one warned us. It wasn’t even bolted into the cabinets. It technically ran but didn’t wash anything. Also master tv sound didn’t work, remote didn’t work. Living room tv barely worked. PleaseUpgrade your tvs. Other than that just a little earn being on the second floorWhich is to be expected. GREAT LOCATION AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR A FAMILY
