This thoughtfully designed home offers three spacious bedrooms and a versatile upstairs bonus room for flexible sleeping

• Bath: One centrally located full bathroom for convenient access

• Starter essentials: A starter pack of toiletries and paper products is provided. For longer stays please plan to purchase additional supplies.
• Natural setting: Due to the surrounding environment occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife may occur. The home is maintained to a high standard and your understanding is appreciated.

House rules and fees
• No smoking indoors $250 fee for violations
• Left behind items $25 handling fee plus shipping
• Extended stays 21 plus days $50 long term cleaning fee added after booking
• Unauthorized late check outs $50 fee

• Standard check in: 4:00 PM
• Standard check out: 10:00 AM
• Early check in: Request the day before or the day of arrival and subject to housekeeping availability. If approved $15 per hour before 4:00 PM

This was a charming home that was easy to get to from the Katy trailhead, although you will have to ride uphill. It is an easy walk to the local wineries and dining. The home was clean and well furnished. We found the beds very comfortable. The listing indicates that the property has laundry facilities but it does not.

Very cute house, well equipped, great location. Only thing is there were a TON of bugs in the house. Floors covered in lady bugs, stink bugs and spiders.

It was overall an okay experience. There were a bunch of lady bugs by both doors in the living room upon arrival. There were old pieces of pizza in the pan storage under the oven and in the oven.

Perfect for a Girls Weekend!

My wine loving girls group had a wonderful time at the cottage in Augusta. It was perfect set up; a nice space to gather, several comfy bedrooms, and a kitchen where we could prep food (especially our charcuterie board). The cottage was situated in the heart of the community. In the morning, we were able to walk across the street to get coffee. There were shops nearby that we stopped in. In the evening, we tasted local wine a block away. We had the best time! I will definitely book a stay again!
