The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The dining area and breakfast bar offers ample seating for enjoying meals with your family and friends. Additionally, the unit features a wet bar with an ice maker, perfect for whipping up refreshing drinks to enjoy on the balcony.

Retreat to the Primary suite, where you'll find a comfortable King bed, a large flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access. Pamper yourself in the ensuite bathroom, which boasts a whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, and a spacious double vanity.

The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed and a large flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a day of beach activities. The third bedroom is perfect for additional guests, offering a Queen bed and a large flat-screen TV. The second and third bedrooms feature their own private bathrooms with a walk-in shower.

Seachase 1605W also includes the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes can be picked up from the Seachase Guard Shack upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, and January. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
