Located in Jacksonville Beach, this beachy townhome boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, two with queens beds and even a pack-n-play, high chair, and baby gate for the little one. Stocked with all the essentials, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a private-fenced backyard with an incredible hot/cold outdoor shower. Just bring your clothes and bathing suits, we try to keep the house well supplied with the rest: beach toys and chairs, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand and dish washing soap, trash bags, dish washer detergent, laundry soap, and toilet paper. We have a well equipped kitchen with everything from a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker to children’s dish ware. There is a toy nook and even games for the adults in the trunk in front of the couch. We also have a fun swinging chair in the family room. We are a short 3 block walk to the beach! We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Hello there! Our names are Doug and Barb. We are big Florida weather fans. Barb grew up in a military family and had the opportunity to live in over 25 places. Doug is a retired Naval Aviator and spent most of his career in Florida. We love the beach and enjoy having a place where others can enjoy the sand and the sunshine!

This was my primary residence for many years. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and take a walk on the beach and maybe grab a coffee on my way! Such a convenient location with 3 grocery stores, Home Depot, Target, Home Goods, Marshall's and other wonderful local stores so close by. There are also many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within a very short distance.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Our place is a quite, private little spot very close to the beach. The backyard is fenced and has a terrific outdoor shower under the palm trees with both hot and cold water. Inside you'll find a open floor plan to enjoy your time in Jacksonville. The kitchen is very well equipped. And, there are all of the things you'll need for the beach. All of the bed are very comfortable and the entire home has lots of natural sunlight. We are definitely family friendly and have a pack-n-play, highchair, baby gate, and toy nook.
