This property was perfect for our needs and within a short walk to the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the host was super helpful when we needed to extend our stay for an extra night. We look forward to staying again soon.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent and just a short distance from the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.The house is a little smaller than the pictures make it appear, but it was still the perfect size for our family of three. The only downside was that the couch was quite hard and not very comfortable.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This little home is amazing! My husband and I were there for 2 weeks and had absolutely no problems at all. It's well appointed and immaculate. And a very short walk to the beach.

Thank you for sharing your VRBO with us. We had the most relaxing stay and proximity to the beach was a plus. Audrey was great. She communicated with me promptly. The place was clean with all the amenities that we needed.

IF I COULD GIVE A HIGHER RATING, I WOULD!!! This is a fantastic place, less than 2 blocks from the beach, everything we needed, AND the communication with Audrey with the management team was beyond phenomenal. Definitely will return!!!

Location was top notch - one block from the beach. The place was totally updated, nice and clean. The bedrooms were a great size, beds comfortable and the bathroom shower was FAB! The hot water came on quickly. The living space was smaller than the pictures indicated. The sectional was small and not very comfortable. Host was a delight and very responsive. Cottage was well supplied with a snack basket, water, toilet paper, washing detergent, a cooler, beach chairs and towels plus a small kitchen with a Keurig, coffee pods, mugs, pots, pans, glassware and dishes. Only thing missing was a front porch!

The property was perfect for our stay. They were just two adults in town for a wedding. The place is tiny, but it was exactly what we needed. Everything was neat clean well maintained we appreciated the nice little touches like coffee, pods and water bottles. Highly recommend.

We were so lucky to scoop this 2 bedroom villa up for the whole month of July! The host was so helpful and kind; we felt so welcome! I can’t explain how incredible and easy it was to go for a walk on the beach every night! The inside has great furniture and beds with a spacious private deck out back that we loved to hang out with our dog! Thank you Audrey and team for such an amazing stay!!! We hope to visit again!!!

Perfect location

What you see is what you get, the house was spotless! Its decorator is very simple & lovely! The best thing is the location is so perfect for dining out, going to the beach, IKEA and several other places of interest! You can book with confidence and not be disappointed. We will return!

Accommodating Host

We didn't stay in this location, as the host called us just before we arrived, to inform us of intense construction surrounding the property that she felt would diminish our experience. She offered us an alternative nearby, which suited our needs, though we were disappointed that we didn't get to stay in this charming cottage. It is worth repeating that our host was very proactive and attentive in making sure our stay was the best it could be, for which we were grateful.

The loss of a mom

Just an overnight stay to show a friend we love her and she has a tribe of women to stand by her‼Just want to thank this great hostnot only did she take a special request for flowers but she even asked me about flea and tick prevention for pets that were coming ‼This shows me that this host also takes AMAZING care to prevent YOUR PET from picking up unwanted pets‼KUDOS TO AN AMAZING HOST. I have never been asked that and as a surgical vet tech of 27 years , I commend this‼10/10 recommend
