We loved this little pink house! It was very clean. The kids loved the pool and how close the beach was!

Wonderful stay! Andrew was very communicative, friendly and overall helpful! We enjoyed our stay. House was clean with plenty of supplies. Comfortable and within driving distance to all amenities/beaches/shops. Quiet neighbourhood and very peaceful.

House was super clean and had necessities provided. Nice pool and patio/sunroom. Close to some great restaurants. Beach access is about a 15-20 minute walk, although if you have kids or concerns about walking, it is easiest to drive. We had a great stay and will book again!

This was a great property. The owners were available to answer questions and provided quick responses to my messages. The pool area and fire pit were exceptional with a great sunroom with AC! Location is great for breakfast at Cinotti’s and a quick drive to the beach. Highly recommend. I’m headed back in a few weeks if it’s available!

Upon walking into the home, it was evident the care that goes into keeping up with this house. It was immaculate. The kitchen is decently stocked should you decide to stay in and cook your meals, there are PLENTY of towels, the beds are comfortable and the POOL was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting!

Great location, beautiful pool, perfect Florida room! AC was great on even the hottest days. The hosts were also accommodating which is hard to come by sometimes on these sites. Laundry was also nice. Plenty of beach towels. If you have a bigger group I’d recommend bringing some extra paper towels and laundry detergent. They provide some, but supplies ran a little low by the end of our stay.

Best price in Jacksonville Beach for a 3 bedroom with its own swimming pool.The Lanai room was most used and enjoyed by our family.The distance to the beach is walkable if you are only bringing a towel and backpack, otherwise you need to drive the chairs, cooler, floats, and umbrellas. Free parking was pretty limited. Weekends were tough, but weekdays were no problem.

Thanks for the note about the beach — it’s an easy walk when traveling light; a small beach cart or wagon can make hauling chairs and coolers much easier. Cleanses what on point, my 11 month olds babies crawled around and bit and had dirty knees, besides that everything was very clean. The location was good neighborhood was quiet. I honestly have no major complaints. Check in was delayed by 1 hour but they took care of it and made up for it. Host was difficult to get a hold of when we checked in but, besides that it was very nice.

The interior of the property was clean and nice, although I did find palmetto bugs (2) in the half bath. The grass was also very tall and the fence looked to be falling apart. The exterior and bugs primarily impacted my lower ratings.
