Place is great they are over the top with the security though.

VRBO was good with communication and the checkin process. The room itself was upgraded but the property is older and the condo was dusty and needed cleaning. The condo had a mildew smell but it was tolerable. The

We loved the room and we love the Summit overall. Only issues were related to elevator problems at the condo. A few times one, or two, would be down. They had them up in a few hours, but always seemed to be issues during the busiest times. Frustrating, but had a great time. The room was wonderful.

The room was nice, the bed had no comforter and had to wait to get one to us. Also the air cannot be set below 70 but they had it set on 74 and anything below that made it make a weird noise. There is a dehumidifier in the living room and it blew hot air and made the living room area warm.

Thank you for your feedback about The Summit 431. I’m sorry for the inconvenience with the missing comforter and the issues with the AC and dehumidifier. I’ve passed your notes to housekeeping to ensure linens are complete at check-in, and to maintenance to inspect the thermostat/AC noise and address the dehumidifier’s placement or performance so it doesn’t heat the living area. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to host you again.

The condo was basically what we expected from the pictures and having Beach Bobs and a Tiki Bar on site was great. There was more kitchen stuff than we expected there to be. The over all property is dated and the staff is well, NOT friendly. The elevator inspection was expired by almost a year so I only used that 2 times during our stay.
