Note* There are 100+ steps to get down to the dock :) It is a beautiful and private path but it is fairly steep and not friendly for those that may have physical limitations such as young children, elderly, etc. There is a community boat launch in the neighborhood so there are options to help everyone get to the dock or water!
Sleeping arrangements (sleeps 15):
Upstairs master - king bed
Upstairs second bedroom - queen bed
Upstairs bunk room - single bed over full
Down stairs master - queen bed
Down stairs second bedroom - queen bed
Downstairs bunk room - two bunk beds, both are single over single
3 hide-a-beds - 1 single pull out upstairs and 1 single pull outs downstairs, 1 queen pull out downstairs
The overall layout:
6 bedrooms with a total of 10 beds:
- 1 bedroom with a king-size bed
- 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- 1 bedroom with four single beds
You'll love the comfortable beds/couches, the abundance of outdoor seating and playspaces, the hot tub, lake views, and the beautiful outdoor firepit area with Adirondack chairs.
We strive to put quality linens, supplies, decor, and entertainment in the home so that this place can serve many families for many years. We also partner with the best cleaners in town to make sure you have a clean and comfortable stay!
We also love to travel so we have tried to make the home a place that we would want to stay with all of the details covered.
The TVs are Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided.
We provide items like a pack-n-play along with eating ware for the littles. We have little ones of our own and know how important those details are.
There is plenty of parking for several vehicles as well as boats and trailers.
EV Charger is eMotorWerks Juicebox 40 with the following specs: Output - 10 kw; Current - 40A; Voltage 120-240v
Note* The grill is a propane grill, we typically provide one but if it runs out during your stay, kindly let us know so we can send some. :)
The whole home and outdoor space is yours :) the long driveway has plenty of parking. No parking on the grass or street.
It is very important that all guests are respectful to our next door neighbors. The county strictly enforces complaints from neighbors and fines will be passed on to guests. Please respect quiet hours, do not play loud music outside, and be mindful of behavior that would negatively impact the neighbors :)
Just a quick reminder that quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Please keep noise levels low, especially outdoors, to avoid disturbances and potential county penalties.
Heads Up: Please note that the no-wake zone is extended to 200 feet from all structures (like docks and other watercraft). Thanks for helping keep the lake safe and enjoyable for everyone!
Also, for the comfort of all residents in the area, we kindly ask that there be no loud music and no wake in the cove.
Please note that violations of these rules may result in penalties, so we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera above the driveway and at the front door. It does not look into interior or private spaces.

If you bring more humans than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged the designated per human per night fee.

- We don't make obnoxious checkout checklist requests but we do expect all guests to clean up after yourselves and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash and disrespect will be documented and fees may be assessed.

- Please empty the fridge and take all trash to the animal proof cans by the driveway
- We have stocked the home with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc.
