This private get-away features 6 king beds and 1 queen bed, 7 twins and additional sleeping area upon request. This home is perfect for a group getaway. Enjoy the fabulous bonus room with 6 twin beds and a king bed for extra space, and 2 twin pull-out beds in the theater room. There are 5 bathrooms including a jetted bathtub. Guests can relax in style!
This property offers 2 separate full kitchens, one on the main floor and another in the full daylight basement that is perfect for a large group. The kitchen is loaded with pretty much anything a chef would need! There is a beverage refrigerator and ice machine on the main level for your convenience. The screened in porch has beautiful views of the lake with an additional eating and relaxing area with a TV for your enjoyment. You will be able to experience your time on the lake with your own private double deck dock (rental/owned boats are permitted to park at the dock), pool, and hot tub. This private lakefront property sits on almost 9 acres with stunning views of the lake. The large backyard is fenced in. The basement has a theatre room, pool table, and a poker table. There is a small room off to the side set up for kids to play video games. There are a variety of board games for children and adults. There are several kayaks and paddle boards available during your stay.

Responsive, friendly hostess. Convenient location. Well-equipped kitchen and several large group eating areas! Wonderful place to kick back and enjoy the family. Nice boating area. Several boat launch facilities nearby.

Best spot on the lake! Property views are beautiful. House is beyond “well stocked”. Sharon was very responsive. She thinks of the small details…items for babies, dogs, toys for kids, outdoor games, towels for the hot tub, chargers by twin beds, etc. Only thing that could improve this property is a small bunk bead on the main floor for the kids not old enough to be in a twin away from parents. Would definitely recommend this property!!!

I’m so glad you loved the property. I wish I had known you needed something for young children. I actually have a blow up mattress for toddlers/small child that would have been perfect.

This property was amazing! - and the property manager was kind, responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond. The home was stocked with kitchen equipment, games, movies, pool toys, children and baby gear like gates and high chairs - this is a prefect place for several families to enjoy! the pool water was crystal clear and the lake view is breathtaking! - would stay here again - hated to leave!

This house is amazing. It is a great space for a big group and multi-generations. There is so much to do and the house is well stocked for large parties. The beds are comfortable and there are so many sitting areas. The out door space with pool, jacuzzi, grills and the whole lake area/dock are incredible. Sharon was great and very responsive with any questions. We loved our stay. Thank you!

Sharon was the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. We honestly can’t say anything bad about the house. Everything, was 10 out of 10! The house came stocked with anything and everything we could’ve thought of and Sharon reached out prior to make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return and stay at Bellini Bliss! It was the best Thanksgiving week we’ve had.

Bellini Bliss is an absolutely beautiful piece of property and home, situated on a very quiet portion of Lake Lanier. The views of the lake from the upper and lower deck and the entire pool are spectacular. The owner, Sharon, and her daughter, Sam were wonderful to work with. Prior to our visit, all questions we sent thru the VRBO website were answered promptly and similarly during our visit, they were very responsive to our questions. The house has two kitchens that are extremely well equipped - everything we needed and more was available. It also has a propane grill and Blackstone on the deck just off the main floor kitchen. The huge home theatre room was equipped with the largest TV Ive ever seen and came in handy the day that it rained during our stay. We absolutely love the home and plan to return in the not too distant future.
