Note: This property cannot be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.

Welcome to Aloha Soul Beachfront! This stunning oceanfront condo in the Pat's at Punalu'u community features one bedroom and one bathroom. It offers 800 interior square feet and a spacious 128-square-foot covered lanai for your enjoyment. The condo comfortably sleeps four guests with a king-sized Sleep Number bed and a sleeper sofa. You will have one dedicated parking stall and additional guest parking for visitors.

Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen for preparing on-site meals, an in-unit washer & dryer, and access to the community pool and gym to keep up with your training schedule while on vacation. The highlight of this property is its private beachfront location, granting guests access to crystal clear blue water and a white sandy beach for relaxation or ocean activities. Private beach access is directly in front of the property, making it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or just sunbathing and letting the stress wash away. During the winter months (Nov-Feb), the North Shore's seven miles of beaches host various surfing competitions with waves as high as 30 feet or more. Watching these competitions is an unforgettable experience.

For a day trip, the Polynesian Cultural Center is just an 8-minute drive away, offering a 42-acre adventure park showcasing the rich heritage of the Pacific Islands. Alternatively, a 38-minute drive will take you to the historic Haleiwa Beach Town, where you can enjoy restaurants, art galleries, shopping, and local souvenir shops. A 14-minute drive in the opposite direction will bring you to Kualoa Ranch, which offers activities like movie tours, horseback riding, mountain biking, and ziplining.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
