Lake Las Vegas Vacation getaway. Twenty minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy Lake Access to kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Season's grocery store is a 5-minute walk from this beautiful condo: restaurants, wine bar, and ice cream for your taste buds. Lake Las Vegas is a Master Planned Resort community located minutes from the Las Vegas strip with a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two golf courses; one private Jack Nicklaus course located on South Shore is for Members, and the 18 hole Reflection Bay golf course is located on North Shore and is also a Jack Nicklaus designed course.

In addition to the shopping at Lake Las Vegas, the District in nearby Green Valley is a 10-minute drive from the lake as is The Galleria Mall. Of course, gaming is available at the Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino. All three casinos are within 14 minutes of the Lake. For the nature lover and hike, you will find several Rails to Trails walks nearby. Spectacular views of Lake Mead on the Historic Railroad Hiking trail takes you through several tunnels along Lake Mead all the way to Hoover Dam. The spectacular Red Rocks are 35 minutes away and provide over 21 Hiking trails in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Waterfalls, unique plant life, and desert critters provide interesting and beautiful sites along the trails.

For the skier and snowboarder, Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort are located at Mount Charleston an hour from Lake Las Vegas.

Beautiful Condo and Property

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. Nice kitchenette with everything you need to prepare meals. Nice restaurants on the property with decent pricing. The host was very friendly and provided great communication.We will definitely stay there again.

Very enjoyable

The stay was wonderful. Raymond was very reaponsive and ensured all our needs were met, while maintaining contact throughout our stay. Very good location and the pools were an added bonus.

This was exactly what we needed for our event at the Hilton next door. Last time we stayed at the Hilton but this property was so much better and for a much more reasonable price.

Very nice place to stay with numerous unique shops nearby including a small grocery/deli store. Room is nice! Kitchen was clean and nicely equipped. TV was setup nicely and easy to use. Bathroom was a bit beat up and could use some repairs or updating especially around shower area. Arrived at this place during the night and it was very hard to figure out parking. On the approach, the street area has very little lighting and is very dark. Instructions were to park at the 5 level Hilton/Village garage. I found this garage but I never saw anything that said Hilton till the next day. The word Hilton was on a large 3' x 3' white portable sign but the letters were like 2" high. Even though this sign was white, you could not see it unless your headlights were right on it, it was that dark in this location. And the note: "park at your own risk" had me a bit worried.

Lake getaway

The property looks pretty but something must be done with the abandoned casino. It is an eye sore. 2 residents told me that “there is something always broken around here” referring to broken washing machine, broken vending machine, a water leak in the laundry room floor. I thought it was interesting they complained about the property. Property looks nice but I would not want to live there.

This property is in a great location if you want to be outside of Vegas. It is very dated / in need of updates. The kitchen/living area was nice but missing some basics, like a cutting board or sharp knives. The balcony was lovely, but the light was burnt which made it awkward at night. Would have been great to have a heater out there too.

Great place for a getaway

My husband and I came down for 3 weeks for some sunshine and golf. The condo was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. I like sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning; nice view of part of the lake. Kitchen has essentials for eating in and basic cooking. We had some minor trouble with the parking garage access, but it was resolved very quickly and easily. This was our second stay in Lake Las Vegas; we like being away from the strip and enjoy the walkability of this area, and we like the Village shops and restaurants.

When we visit Vegas to see family in Henderson we usually stay at off-strip casinos, but this year we chose lake Las Vegas and we’re so glad we did! The condo is perfect, has a great view, is right next to the village so everything is a few steps away. Absolutely LOVED this place and will be staying here again!

Peaceful rest at Lake Las Vegas

Clean and functional apartment with a nice balcony with beautiful view over the pools and lake, not overlooked. A few steps from the village and the lake, with all the restaurants. All major stores, Target, Wallmart ... within a few minute drive.

Quiet and comfortable

This property was well equipped. It was a nice, quiet area. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the local restaurants. It was close enough to the strip. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic location, tons to do

Loved our time at Lake Las Vegas and we got to do some very cool things: hiking, bird watching, canoeing on the lake, dinner out, swimming, hot tub, and relaxing on the private patio. Can’t wait to do it again.

Winter getaway

Nice condo for two, clean, comfortable and secure. Raymond responded quickly to our needs. Restaurants, pubs and grocery store conveniently located within walking distance. Overall a nice experience.
