Charming 3-bedroom house with WiFi, AC , TESLA Charger in tranquil Lincoln City
Unwind in Lincoln City at this lovely house. With 3 bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and trundle twin bed, and portable crib. This peaceful retreat offers a cozy escape for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, and a washing machine. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for added comfort. We are located within walking distance to the beach and local beach town shopping. Devils lake is less than a mile away. Perfect for small groups and small families. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
We are located one one block EAST of HWY 101 in a residential neighborhood. The local neighbors are very nice and welcoming. Old Town Lincoln City shopping is 4 blocks to the North. D River Beach access is over the crosswalk on HWY 101 and 4 Blocks to the South. The other beach access that is in walking distance is NW 15th Street and NW Harbor. It is accessed by crossing over HWY 101 on the crosswalk, and walking 5 blocks north and 3 blocks to the west. The Lincoln City Outlet Mall is a short one mile drive.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all of your baking and cooking needs, including a vita-mix and coffee maker, and food processor.

We came to town for my birthday and Nicole was great! Got us in a little early, which we appreciated. The house was very clean and everything matched the description on VRBO, which is not always the case. Nicole's Welcome Guide with house rules, instructions was the best I've ever seen and we stay at a lot of BnBs, I was very impressed. The house was very clean and minimalistic aesthetically, which made it spacious for 4 of us. Plenty of extra towels and linens, cleaners for cleaning up before we left. Just wish there was a broom bc we got a lot of crumbs on the floor from meals. What a great stay for a house being available in Lincoln City-also location was walkable to shops and nightlife. Thank you Nicole!!

Quaint neighborhood location (nice walking area); house was super clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with tools and basic pantry items (THANKS!); Owner was VERY prompt in responding to our questions.

Perfect location to spend a couple days. Not to far from the beach and shopping. Beds were super comfortable and the place was cute and clean.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Property owners were very kind and prompt to help us when we ran into a hiccup. The kitchen was so well stocked. We kept celebrating when we found things we considered to be above and beyond like a blender, a hand mixer, even a cheese grater. It's the little things. It was comfortable and updated and we really appreciated the laundry room. Traveling with kiddos at the beach gives you a few opportunities to really appreciate a washing machine and dryer. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept like rocks at this house. Really appreciated the stay and memories made here. It is in a fun neighborhood to go on walks. Just a block away from the main strip down Lincoln City. Easy to hop on and off to get where you are going.

This was a lovely place for 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 1 toddler. The pictures are accurate, and the hosts have detailed info for you that is also accurate! There is a pack and play crib as well. Loved the place and the price. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing we found is that with a toddler, you will need a baby gate to the laundry room - which we did get as there's a brick step there. No problem though for us to do that
