No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas - NO EXCEPTIONS! No pets are allowed in this home (sorry Fido!).

This home has two levels and has a staircase to enter. Some people may not be comfortable with this, so please ensure you are before booking.

Five (5) person maximum occupancy at any time in this home; please note, there are beds for four (4) to sleep.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents. Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

If you are interested in booking this home for more than 30 nights (even if the dates are blocked off), please call our office to discuss further. We would love to host you! There is a minimum $1000 refundable security deposit on all mid-term & long-term stays. We look forward to discussing this further with you!
