We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The area is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-appointed. We loved walking 3 minutes to the beach and then up the coast ten minutes to Children's Pool and Seal's Rock. Good restaurants and a big grocery store are a short walk away; Taco Time (lunch) and the Public House (dinner) were favorites. The layout works well for two couples; there is plenty of space, and having the kitchen and living area on the upper level lets early risers make breakfast and move around without disturbing late sleepers. Also it was great to have a garage since parking can be tight in the immediate area. I would love to come back here.

Great condo in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurant and shops. We stayed here before and will stay again if it’s available. There was some construction taking place around us, but they only worked during the day so it wasn’t too obtrusive. The evenings were quiet and calm.

Had a few initial hiccups with getting the check-in information and the cleaning preparation, but the owners/hosts were very responsive and acted quickly when the mishaps were discovered and we got it all resolved quickly. The place was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely stay there again in the future!!

The condo was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. It could use some TLC, as the photos don’t quite reflect its current condition. The cabinets are noticeably worn/cracked in areas, the paint is chipping, dishwasher not properly secured, and the vents and light fixtures are heavily rusted. We also had some difficulty utilizing both parking spots due to the tight proximity to other spaces and other tenants’ parking.The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Proximity to restaurants and the beach was awesome. Host was helpful and the condo was clean. We hope to be back!

It was perfect for 2 couples. Great location. Nicely appointed. View of the ocean. Kitchen was great. Their was noise from remodeling upstairs, but even that wasn't too bad.

This duplex apartment was lovely, immaculate and magnificently located near the coastline, bay, surfers and seal colony! There were balconies on both floors, so one could sit outside and enjoy the cool breezes. The kitchen was well appointed for our needs. Parking was underground and convenient with an elevator to the ground floor level. Communication with the host was good, and we will hope to return next year!

Warm weekend in La Jolla

Nice location, great to have parking and air conditioning during an extremely warm weekend. Very easy to walk to beach or restaurants :)

Great place close to the ocean!

This was a nice place to stay that was close to the ocean, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Comfortable for four people.
