We enjoyed our time here. Great location for boat owners and pool was nice each day after returning. Home was very clean, which I’m picky on!

Excellent Communication, Great Location

Property Manager John and Aileen are really easy to work with. Great Location, Cabana Club is a really nice addition to the rental. 5 stars, great property.

Clean, quite, great place if you have a boat. Place to park your trailer down the street with safe secured location. Going to reserve for my vacation next year

1st visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this house was perfect for our family. My grandsons thought the pool was WONDERFUL. We also loved the close proximity of the cabana club/ocean. House was clean and spacious for the 6 of us.

2 weeks of fishing and relaxing

Nice house well taken care of great dock for the boat . We like the fresh water by the dock and the fish cleaning station . We would stay here again if we have enough people

Coastal Charm in Key Colony

We had a fantastic stay at this Key Colony Beach home! The heated pool was a big hit with our family—it was spotless and the perfect temperature for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage, and the large open living area gave us lots of room to spread out and unwind. One of the best parts was the location—just a short walk to the Cabana Club, where we enjoyed the beach, restaurants, and beautiful views. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, and everything we needed was close by.

Great Hosts, House and Location

We encountered a couple of items that needed to be addressed. The hosts were prompt and took care of everything. Just can't say enough about the personal care and service they provided. The house has a great layout and is convenient to getting in and out of Key Colony. The dock and pool were perfect for our needs. Really loved this place.

Relaxing week in the keys

Very comfortable stay. We enjoyed having plenty of room and the pool was a nice addition. The Beach Club is a very short walk and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The beach is small, but we always found a place to sit. Most nights we walked to Sunset Beach and enjoyed “celebrating” the sunset with the people of the community (singing included). Even my college age daughter enjoyed this and thought it was so cute and “wholesome”

Beautiful home. Nice pool. Good location

Windy week which prevented us from getting out on the big water to fish. We did some lobstering in the bay. The home location is downtime street from where we lived in KCB. We know the area, and picked the best home that we could find in KCB with easy access to the water.

Best vacation ever!

Property and location were beautiful. House was spacious and clean. The Cabana Club was a great place to chill, eat lunch and have a few drinks. We saw manatees and several fish in the canal. We would definitely stay here again. We took a kayak tour with Keys Kayaks, swam with the dolphins at Theatre of the Sea, snorkeled to see Christ of the Abyss with Silent World Dive Center and visited Aquarium Encounters. All were excellent.

Gorgeous house in a perfect location!

This property was far more spacious than we were expecting. The location is just perfect for those wanting to relax and enjoy the best of what The Keys have to offer. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We had planned so much during our stay. Whilst we managed to do most of it, we found ourselves spending many relaxing hours at the property fishing, spotting manatees and swimming in the private pool. A perfect vacation. Thank you.
