This unit was a great place for my husband and I. It was clean and management was so easy to work with and very responsive. The resort had great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Renaissance Tower 1507

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room is perfect for 2 adults and 2 smaller kids. Having 2 teenagers and 2 adults was a little crammed for space. The room was clean and had a great view. All the necessary kitchen supplies are included for a short stay or a week. Property is a little older and dated. The tower is a little cumbersome especially with the elevators taking forever. The pools were well maintained and clean. The gym was practical for a little vacation workout. Overall it was a good stay.

Clean, cozy, and had what we needed.

Didn’t want to go out in the balcony since I was afraid of the door breaking . The chair was rusted and is what caused it to break . Overall everything was fine !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely Amazing Stay — 100 Stars If I Could! If I could give this resort and unit 100 stars, I would! This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for our family of three. It had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and helpful cleaning supplies like a broom, mop, and vacuum—very convenient for a beach stay. I have no complaints. The sleeping arrangements were great: a queen bed, sofa bed, and bunk beds. The kids loved the bunks, and the queen bed was a highlight for me, especially with its two windows overlooking the ocean. Waking up to that view from bed was unforgettable. The balcony was another favorite spot, offering a beautiful view of the resort and ocean. The breeze and scenery made it perfect for relaxing. The resort itself is incredible. There’s so much to do—restaurants, pools, water parks, beach access, basketball courts, gazebos, and grills. You really don’t need to leave the property. We only did because we had already planned outside excursions. Justin was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever we visit Myrtle Beach. I’m already looking forward to coming back. If you’re considering booking, do it—you won’t regret it!

Nice room with everything you need if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in the room. I had no plans to cook but did have the option to as there is a full kitchen. Although it was a small space it was comfortable for me , my husband, and two children. One complaint would be not having enough bath towels. Thankfully Walmart is just across the street and I purchased more. They have self laundry services on site but I’m not doing laundry on vacation. Ocean view is very nice and the view of Myrtle Beach at night was very pretty! The coffee shop downstairs is pretty good. We ate at the restaurant/bar the first night. The food there was good as well. Do not bring your own beer if it’s in a glass bottle. No bottles allowed on the deck. Be prepared for windy conditions. It is extremely windy around the building. I’ve read it is due to the tall tower and lack of other structures to block the ocean winds. The lazy river and splash area is small and pools get very crowded.Parking is kind of an issue. You have a decent walk to get to the parking lot and if you’re lucky you will get a spot towards the front. I’m going to say we averaged a football field walk each night from the car back to the hotel. Overall we had a great vacation and the room suited our needs while we were there.
