Comfortable and clean. Great location and close to the beach. We enjoyed the private beach the most.

Great location close to the beach. We rented the golf cart as well which was fun to drive to the private beach access, but there are spots to park your vehicle there. Pool was great and very warm. Kitchen is well stocked. Had a few problems but management company had great communication and attempted to fix the problems. Don’t expect to use the outdoor tv as it is broken and the volleyball court is low on sand and full of ants. Otherwise great place that we would rent again.

Beautiful house and location

Had a wonderful time. A little hiccup with pool but the property managers went above and beyond to help us.

Some Issues

The week before I requested the pool not have issues as a previous person indicated a problem. We were unable to use the pool the first 24 hours as it was not clean and had cigarette butts in it. Cleaner did not show up until the following day. Grill was low on propane and we had to change plans until propane was delivered on day two. Golf cart was presented in the ad as part of the rental but cost extra! This caught us off guard and created additional expenses on vacation. We would have chosen another rental if we had known it was additional cost. The house was clean and comfortable. All contact with employees was friendly.
