Great location with a beautiful view of the beach! Comfortably fit my whole family and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was as shown and communication was great! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Needs updating but nice being right on the beach. Did not tell us they charge 50 bucks per car parking and you have to wear a bracelet proving that you’re allowed on the property. Security guard was lost and strict. Pool was 93 degrees and full of a hundred kids

The location was great and right on the beach! When we arrived one of the elevators was broken for 2 days because it was a weekend it wasn't fixed until Monday. The beds were comfortable and the unit was nice but could be updated. Both of the bathtubs were not in the cleanest condition (black mildew on shower curtains and dirty bath drains that had not been cleaned in awhile). Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the location and all of the beds were comfortable to sleep in.

The condo was lovely and very clean. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The decor was a bit outdated, but the appliances seemed to be fairly new. The only issue was the queen size bed in the bedroom with just one bed. I think the box spring was broken in one spot because it dipped down bad on that side. My daughter had to fill that spot in with the extra blankets that were in one of the closets. But other than that it was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

This property was clean and had a good location. The Balcony was just right. The property is dated and needed some attention. The broken handle on the microwave and on other furniture items did not hinder our stay but still someone need to attend to these matters. The property was promoted as a "total cost" with rent, admin, maintenance and tax. However what is not included was the charge to park the cars which amounted to 50 per vehicle. This was our first time to pay to park at a condo and my research suggested that most do not charge. This was a surprise charge.
