This refreshing true Ground Floor unit is Steps away from the sugary white beaches and the oval shape outdoor pool. No taking the stairs or waiting on elevators. It is perfect for hosting the family reunion! It offers three bedrooms and two full baths. There is a King size in the master bedroom, in the second bedroom a tranquil queen bed and two twins in the third bedroom. Each bedroom and the living/dining area open to the fenced patio area. This condo features tile in the common areas with carpet in the bedrooms and is professionally decorated and fully furnished. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with 2 separate ice maker, full size washer and dryer, stereo system through the condo, and TV/DVD in each room.

The extra large wrap-around tiled balcony provides for the ultimate in beach viewing, from sunrise to sunset. It's just the place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.

Guests enjoy the indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, children's wading pool, exercise room with new equipment, hot tub, sauna, lighted tennis court and a basketball court. There are 4 TV's & DVDs. The square footage is approximately 1260 (+/-).

Getting Around:
Shopping, dining, walk-in-doctor office, entertainment, grocery stores, etc are all located within a few miles of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
Parking fee is NOT included with the rental and currently costs $50/stay/vehicle (subject to change per HOA). Two vehicle max per HOA rules. If you have third vehicle, we offer overflow parking at our office which is across from the complex ($50) subject to availability.

No beach stuff is provided so you will need to bring your own. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals through a third-party beach service company and you are certainly welcome to use your own. There is a Dollar General across the street with a great selection of beach stuff.

The condo will include: one roll of toilet paper, bar of soap, & small shampoo/ conditioner per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish rag, laundry detergent for one load, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. You will likely need to visit the store if your stay is longer than 2 or 3 days and we will not replenish these items during your stay.

TIPS ON WHAT TO BRING: Please bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

REFRIGERATOR: Check-in Day was most likely a check-out day for another guest. This means the fridge has been open for an extended period of time and cannot handle an overload of warm foods. Please leave items that do not need immediate refrigeration on the counters or in your coolers and avoid overfilling the refrigerator. It can take up to 12 hours for the fridge to fully cool down.

AIR CONDITIONER: On very hot days (90+ degrees) please be aware that the A/C units will not cool below 20 degrees difference from the outside temperature. DO NOT set the temperature to a super lower setting which could freeze up the unit causing damage. Turn on ceiling fans, lower blinds, and keep doors and windows closed. Do not operate A/C with the balcony door open.


NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
