Thank you for viewing our condo for your vacation on the Gulf.

You are directly on the gulf. The spacious balcony is perfect for listening to the waves rolling into shore, enjoying your morning cup of coffee, relaxing with a good book and watching beautiful sunsets over the emerald-green water.

Stay in luxury in our fully furnished and recently updated 6th floor condo. View the photos to see for yourself. Both the living room and the master bedroom face the Gulf. Access the balcony from either room. . HD TVs, cable and free WIFI are included.

We also provide you with FREE beach service. Beach service is seasonal from March 1st through October 31st. This service includes two lounge chairs with umbrella.

This condo is located at the Celadon Beach Resort on the quiet, family-friendly beaches of Panama City Beach. Staying on the west end, you will be minutes away from everything and worlds away from traffic and noise. This location is the best of both worlds!

New living chairs and sleeper sofa are our most recent upgrades.

There are two full size bedrooms with king beds and adjoining baths. There is also a bunk room with twin bunks for the kids.

Balcony furniture provides an obstructed view of one of the worlds most beautiful beaches!

Celadon Beach Resort is a first class resort with all the amenities you would want for a great vacation. There are two pools, one beach side and one indoor/outdoor pool, two hot-tubs, tennis court/ pickle ball court, fitness center, clubhouse with full kitchen (available to rent for special events or meetings) , 2 picnic & grilling areas and covered garage parking.

On the beach you will find jet skis, para sailing, kayak and other water toys for rent. Book a deep sea fishing trip or dolphin tour from the beach hut. We are near golf courses, fishing and many fun activities. You can rent bikes or a boat near by. With all these options available you will have a truly memorable vacation!

Great place to stay!

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the space! Parking was easy, and the beach access was the most convenient we’ve had at PCB. Also a great pool/hot tub area with ocean view! Really enjoyed our stay.

Needs work!

Let me start by saying we were 3 generations staying in this condo. With the exception of two dinners within our 7 day stay, we prepared all meals at the condo. In general, the condo is past due for a deep clean. Lamps, wall hangings, drapes, baseboards were heavily dusty. Furnishings are cheap, offer little storage and are in need of replacement. Main bedroom with ocean view- drapes are pinch pleat with not enough hooks on the rod so large portions of the drapes are just hanging loose and covered with dust. Headboard is not properly attached to bed frame. It doesn’t sit on the floor and dangles. Because it is not secure it bounces against the wall every time you move. Mattress and box spring are very noisy like something is broken. The quilt on the bed and the pillow cases were dirty. I found a clean quilt and pillowcases in the closet. Both bathrooms have tubs. Neither one has any texture , adhesive strips or other mats. They are very slick and a fall hazard. We purchased tub mats to use. I left one. Hopefully housekeeping left it for future use. Lots of glass top furniture that, with children, looks awful very quickly. Nothing provided to clean them. There were multiple nylon brooms in the laundry room. They had to have the hair and dirt removed from them to be used. The kitchen was very poorly stocked. All three cookie sheets are burnt and disgusting. They had to be covered to be used. The skillets are in dire need of replacement. Peeling Teflon.

Great property!

Easy, conveniently located to many shops, grocery, gas etc Overall condo features were good. Didn’t have common utensils in kitchen (pizza cutter) or a large knife but we made do. Would def stay here again!

Great week at the beach

This is a beautiful condo - perfect beach access with a large balcony that opens to master bedroom and living area. We especially enjoyed the Adirondack chairs for reading. There were only 2 of us but the condo will accommodate 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The condo manager, Alesia, is a jewel and any problems you may have will be addressed quickly and efficiently. All in all we had a wonderful stay with gorgeous weather, sunny days and gorgeous sunsets.

Great vacation!!

Wonderful property! Clean and exactly as described! I contacted someone about a question I had and had a response within minutes! We saw dolphins swimming by every morning, sea turtles another day and even a manatee swimming by. We loved how close Thomas Donuts is to the Celadon as its a favorite of ours. Loved the 6th floor location. Had no issues with the elevators. Thank you for a grest stay! Hope to be back!

Loved our stay

We loved our stay, great location and very nice condo. They had Everything needed for cooking and eating in, which we did the whole time. Condo was clean and comfortable. I would suggest bringing your own beach towels (which we did) because there was only one available for use and understandably, you can't take the bath towels to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would most definitely stay there again.

Die Lage als auch der Strand waren top, die Aussicht wunderschön und ruhig, die zwei Pools waren ok aber nichts besonderes. Der Fußboden war leider nicht sauber genauso wie der Wohnzimmertisch, des Weiteren waren die Toiletten etwas lose.

Labor Stay

Our Labor Day stay was fabulous!! Details were provided before our arrival and communication with the owner was great! Being able to go straight to the room and not have a lengthy check in process was a huge plus. Parking was covered, and the room was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed! There was even a crock pot for game day snacks! Location of the property is great! We never had a long wait for an elevator. Not overly crowded and easy to get to Pier Park and other restaurants. This is easily our new favorite place to stay!

Needs Work

We got a call shortly before checking in that the air conditioning was out at the unit. I understand that is not the fault of the owner or anyone else however when you're staying in August this is not a very pleasant thing to hear. The repairman did get it fixed however we were told that as hot as it was in the unit it would take most of the evening to cool down. We had to go to the store to buy fans to be able to sleep without it being uncomfortable. The unit was NOT clean at all. The dust build up in the kitchen was very thick, and the floors could not have been cleaned in some time because walking around barefoot our feet were filthy. The toilet in the hallway bathroom had not been cleaned and had marks all around the inside from someone using the toilet. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes also. I was very upset at the fact that cleaning charge was included in the price when it was clearly not cleaned when we got there.

The building had 3 elevators with one additional elevator in the parking garage. There was at least one elevator not working every day we were there. It took 2-3 days to fix a couple of them including the one in the parking garage which was a big issue with peoe loading and unloading their cars. This was a big inconvenience to vacationers trying to get to their rooms or the beach. There were several lamps, bathroom lights, and microwave with burned out or missing bulbs (I did not reprt this to maintenance). The washing machine stopped working on Wednesday and was reported that morning. It took until Friday to get a new one installed. With 3 adults and 3 teenagers that was a lot of dirty clothes and towels that puled up because we could not wash them. The so called front bedroom with the bunkbeds was about the size of a closet and was hot due to only a small ceiling vent and no return duct. You could not close the door because the room would get too hot.

Great vacation

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. The check in process/parking was very easy. After you get your parking passes online, everything works electronically. No gate to scan a pass...you're in their system for the dates you have designated. The location is awesome. The Celadon is right next to the Splash resort, and it is the last "high-rise" on that end of the beach, which we really enjoyed. We were there over Memorial Day weekend and the week following, and it was a lot less crowded than on the other end of the beach. We really enjoyed staying at this property. The only thing to note is the bunk room is very small. We took 2 teenage boys, and they were a little cramped in the room. It is geared more to smaller kids. Other than that, everything was perfect at this location. We had no problems getting unloaded and loaded from our cars in the garage. You may have to wait for a luggage cart, but compared to other places we've stayed it was not a problem.

First Big Family Getaway

This was our first trip with our 7 month old, 4yr old, my husband and then my parents and brothers. We had all ages. I was so happy to have a rocking chair to rock my baby to sleep! There was a pack n play, highchair/booster, tons of board/family games and movies! It was clean, easy access and had a lot of furniture for the whole family even on cool nights when we stayed in. We did struggle with the TVs and all the remotes but we weren’t there to watch tv so not a big deal. This kitchen was the FIRST kitchen that had everything we needed! Blender, can opener, bottle opener, utensils, cutting boards, pots and pans etc. The elevators were decently fast even when one was out of order being worked on. And it wasn’t crowded at all compared to condos by Pier Park. 2 pools with 2 hot tubs which neither were crowded just one is across the street. The only thing is the levels can be confusing when going to the beach or pools. But overall we loved staying at this condo! And would stay here again in the future!

We had a great time. Beach was great and the not very crowded. We enjoyed the beach chairs included with the condo. Jonathan (the beach attendant) was great and checked with us every couple ours too make sure we were good. Will stay again.

Great stay

We had a great time. We had plenty of movies and games. It was a very friendly condominium. The walk from elevator to beach was extremely short and easy. Alesia worked with us to get a couch cleaned and a cover put on when we arrived. Only one elevator was working at a time but they’re replacing all 3 this next year. Would love to have more towels, rags, and kitchen rags. We had very few. Make sure to bring trash bags.

Very Clean

The condo was clean, well stocked, and very nice. The only issue we had was that the television in the second bedroom would not connect to cable. The property itself needs more luggage carts for check in and check out days. Also, it is very difficult to get on the elevators especially when one of the three is not working. Other than that, we had a great time at staying at this condo,

Fix the Elevator

Room was clean and had all the essentials (linens, dishes, coffeepot, etc...). Beach service was wonderful. Pool was refreshing. The elevator situation spoiled what could have been perfect. One of the elevators was always down for some reason (which elevator was out of service changed halfway through the week). Room is on the 6th floor so taking the stairs was doable for us thankfully so we resigned ourselves to just doing that and dealing with the elevator only when we had to. Trudging up 6 flights of stairs after all day on the beach was more than annoying.

Relaxing vacation

Overall everything was great. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The 6th floor made the elevators a little more tolerable than higher floors. The weather was great! The ocean was clear. The bunk room was nice compared to some bunks that are in the hallway. I only had minor complaints. There were no pillow cases for the extra pillows. The bedspreads didn't feel the cleanest and the pillows were old. The frying pans were extremely scratched and rusty. A pizza cutter would have been helpful. Aluminum Foil and dishwashing soap would have been above and beyond! No fault of Room 602 but the power went out a couple of times which caused the wifi to not work which was a problem because my daughter was taking online classes. And the ice cream and ice in the freezer melted. The edges of the hot tubs were disgusting!! They need to be cleaned!!

We are Brad, Diane and Leah Rindal. We live in Minnesota and spend much of the summer on a lake up north. Purchasing this beachfront condo was a perfect fit for our family. Brad is a dentist, Diane is a district attorney and Leah is a 6th grader. We plan to spend several weeks a year at this property when the weather is cold in Minnesota. When the Minnesota lakes call our name, renting the property to other families just makes sense.

We are committed to maintaining and updating our property. In late 2015 we installed a new HVAC system and freshened the look in the master bedroom, living room and bathrooms.

We strive to make your experience great by being responsive throughout the entire rental experience. We simply ask that you respect our property and let us know how we can improve. The first step in that process starts with a phone conversation so you can get to know our property manager. (Alesia Daugherty) She will provide you with information that will benefit all guest that come for a vacation. .

When planning our annual spring break, we chose Panama City Beach. We selected Celadon Beach Resort because it only rented to families and older adults. We were looking for a location that was quiet and away from the busy nightlife. After exploring the area and seeing properties in the area, we decided this was an ideal fit. The location is quiet but close to everything you need, the gulf views are spectacular, the building is very well cared for and the amenities are just right. By the time spring break was up we had signed a purchase agreement. We hope our story will give you a flavor for us and our condo.
