Come to Hawaii and share in our wonderful condo in paradise. Our fully licensed and legal studio condo is only half of a block from World Famous Waikiki Beach.

You can have it all in this fabulous studio condo. The location and view are the crowning jewels of this unit. This unit is one of the larger units on the front side of the building that has a private lanai.

Located on the edge of Waikiki a block from the world famous Waikiki Beach, our condo has you near all the action yet the view makes you feel like you aren't anywhere near a big city.

Diamond Head/Honolulu Zoo/Kapiolani Park/Beach is your view from left to right on your own private lanai. Enjoy your relaxation time and meals right on the lanai four stories up. The building also has a 10th floor shared sundeck and you can grab a delicious meal from any of the nearby restaurants and enjoy it there, basking in the view.

Parking is available in the building for additional fees or ask about nearby street parking. If your trip doesn't include a car, no worries, you are right on a major bus line and it is literally steps to the bus stop.

We have a manager / contact person who lives just a couple buildings over so is close by to answer questions and assist as you settle in.

We had a wonderful stay. A welcome text from Bill included everything we needed to know. We were visiting family and were able to get a temporary parking pass from the desk so we could have dinner in Waikiki (parking was a premium and we were given 1 1/2 hours right outside the hotel). Simple one room place but was plenty for us.

Perfect spot to experience Waikiki and Oahu! Located right next to the beach, park, shops, restaurants & the zoo! Comfy bed and nice kitchenette if you want to cook. I grabbed coffee from the shop on the corner on my walk to the beach every morning and found a lot of great restaurants within walking distance . Everyone at the building was very friendly and welcoming. Bill is a wonderful host and we really appreciate him staying in touch and being so helpful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Perfect location, close to everything and beautiful view. Equipped with everything you could want or need for ocean and pool. It was a perfectly set up for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

Great room. Great location. The room is exactly as described. It’s a small room, but plenty of room for two people. Although we did not cook, we did use the refrigerator and kitchenette plenty. Sitting out on the balcony was great any time of day. Sunrise on the 10th floor deck was breathtaking. There is anything you can think of within walking distance. And we found Queen’s beach to be slightly less crowded than Waikiki. The room comes with anything you could need for the beach: towels, chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear. The only issue we had at all was the noise. As many other guests have stated, this room is located right above a busy street, a bar, and a park. During the day it isn’t much of an issue, but it can be hard to sleep if you are sensitive to noise. We got ourselves some earplugs and the problem was solved. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone considering staying here.

What a fantastic vacation. The location was obviously incredible. The host was great. The condo was overlooking the park and would fill with light when we raised the shades. Made us feel like we were outside even when we were inside. Could not have been happier.

Nice place at the edge of a park area so you have a nice view of it as well as diamond head. Worked well for us. Near the beach, food and public parking.

I wanted to love this. The location was perfect- almost beach front and also had a few restaurants on the check in floor. First impression of the room was clean (smelled good and felt good) shortly after our first night (check in was 5pm) , we noticed critters (cockroaches) in the sink, on the floor and in the bathroom. Great location and space!

Was a great clean and well decorated space. It was such a pleasure working with the owner/management. Would highly recommend and would stay there again in a heart beat.

The room had everything we needed and a few extra items. There was snorkeling gear, body surfing boards which we enjoyed. The only knock on the place is the noise from the fairly busy street just outside the window.

Cost Effective Enjoyable Stay

Superb location 1 block right off Waikiki Beach! Very clean with comfortable bed and good Air Cond Street parking is difficult, so buy a parking pass if yiu have a car

Location : directly opposite the Zoo! we chose it for the view of Diamond head and the sea, this made the decision to book for us, it has a bar/ restaurant in the building with a burger restaurant downstairs, Dennys to the right and 2 ABC

I want to keep this unit a secret because we want it available whenever we want to go to Waikiki. it is very well appointed and an excellent location. Perfect unit for my husband and I. Check-in / out was very easy. Communicate with Bill was excellent. We can't wait to return.

Waikiki Grand

Have stayed there several times, always pleasantly. Close to the beach, many ABC stores, bus stops, and everything you might need. Rooms are small, but we have always found them quite useable. Nice stay
