Luke was very kind giving our kiddos something they found on the property. They place was clean, but the hot tub could stand to be clean/changed. Overall, a wonderful visit for our family while we were town for a wedding. TY!

This was a very comfortable stay, Some quirky features, which give it character. Nice neighbors and neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much! Nothing over extravagant, just basic furniture.

Comfortable house in Milwaukie, accurately described in listing. We were there on a particularly warm week, and were kept comfortable in the house with the AC. Yard is big with tub. Easy communication - would stay again.

Unfortunately it left a bit to be desired. The guest toilet was not flushing properly. There were cobwebs in several places. My mother got traped in the guest bedroom (in the middle of the night) with the queen bed as when she went to go to the bathroom the door knows came off in her hand. It took her 15 minutes to reattach the the knob and get out. And not a single blind in any of the windows worked properly. The hot tub was nice, but it had a very odd smell to it. The ping pong table was very very old and falling apart. It worked as intended, but was a hot mess.The beds were very comfortable, the kiddos had a blast with the pingpong table and hot tubs and the tic-tack-toe game.

Great stay! Our teens had a great time playing ping pong. A bit of a strange window in the master bathroom but overall a great place.

It suited our needs. We felt the title was misleading. Yes it had a hot tub and a ping pong table, but the hot tub water was a bit green, and the ping pong table was falling apart.It had a washer and dryer in the garage but could use an iron and ironing board. It looked like both bathrooms have had a recent refresh. Hopefully the kitchen is next. The weirdest thing in the house is a tall stained glass window between the office and the master bathroom. It sits behind the toilet and opens when the bathroom door is closed or the office door is opened. This is a great feature if you want to read over the shoulder of someone sitting on the commode.On the up side the inside of the house was clean, adequately comfortable, and at an affordable price point.

Good stay!

This place matched the listing. Comfortable, and a good value. The rules are a little much in terms of the way they are phrased, but the space was comfortable enough for a weekend. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cowboy Cabana! It was absolutely perfect for our visiting family. Hours were spent around the table playing Uno cards we found at the house. It was a great space, nice and open. Great for visiting and very comfortable. We will absolutely use this space again when family comes to visit. Luke quickly answered my questions. And we did not have a single issue with the property. Highly recommended!

The place served our needs. Just about 20 minutes from every where we needed to be. I would not classify this place as comfortable. Temperature was set at a cool 61 degrees, no way to override. We tried to sit and watch a movie together and the couches hit me about mid back and mid thigh, and im one of the shortest ones in our group. This place served what we needed and maybe would stay again in a warmer month.

We were there for 1 night only to see a concert in town. The house accomadated all 6 of us nicely.Nice quiet neighborhood and clean home.

First vacation!

The rental was awesome, cheap, and we loved the late checkout. The blinds in the bedroom and living room were difficult to navigate and didn’t seem to work very well, but we made do. The hot tub was lovely and the lights were a nice touch. Overall my partner and I had a wonderful stay and will be back again I’m sure,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a cozy 3-bedroom VRBO rental that exceeded my expectations. Nestled just 20 minutes from downtown Portland, this charming home perfectly balances comfort and convenience.Upon arrival, we were immediately drawn to the inviting atmosphere. The living space is warm and welcoming, with tasteful decor that made us feel right at home. Each of the three bedrooms is well-appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had restful nights after our adventures.One of the standout features of this rental is the hot tub. After a long day of exploring Portland, there’s nothing quite like soaking in the warm water while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor space is lovely as well, offering a serene environment for relaxation.Additionally, the ping pong table added a fun element to our stay. We spent several evenings challenging each other to friendly matches, making it a memorable part of our trip.The location is also a significant advantage. Being just a short drive from downtown Portland allowed us to easily explore the city’s attractions, restaurants, and parks. We loved being able to return to such a cozy retreat after a day out.Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO rental for anyone looking for a perfect getaway near Portland. With its combination of comfort, great amenities, and convenient location, it truly felt like a home away from home.

We were honestly very disappointed. The reviews and pictures had given us higher expectations. The house had not been professionally cleaned since the last people had stayed - the floors had spots and sticky spots. There was trash under the couches. The sleeping pillows were very old and flat. The beds were of poor quality. There was a film in the Jacuzzi. The yard had not been maintained in many months - weeds everywhere. The master bathroom showerhead was spraying water out from the sides. The master bathroom toilet seat was loose and moved when you sat down. When I messaged the landlord, at first they were responsive. They did send somebody to clean the next day, bring new pillows, and fix the loose toilet seat. However, they never replied to any of my later messages, giving me the impression they were upset at me for reporting the issues. As a side note, there's a small room in the middle of the house that has a stained glass window that opens into the master bathroom - this window does not latch close. I do feel like they should fix it so it latches shut.
