OUR FAMILY LAKE HOUSE is GREAT! Spend your vacation on over 300 ft of shoreline with a private boat ramp, boat house and dock with 2 available boat slips (one covered) on this quiet cove. Enjoy lake views via sliding doors from every room.
The large dock offers plenty of sun and shade all day. Watch friends and family ski from the dock or large deck, yet rest assured that the walk-in swimming area is well protected. Perhaps catch a glimpse of the bald eagle, beaver, or blue heron who frequent the cove. Kids will enjoy the sand pit and grown-ups can compete at horseshoes, enjoy a 2 person kayak or relax by an evening fire lakeside. Located at the southernmost end of Lake Anna, it offers some of the most comfortable water on the private side of the lake.
The large great room seats 10 at one table for dining, with an additional table and counter seating. A fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, and gas grill make cooking a breeze. If evenings are cool, light a fire in the large stone fireplace. Enjoy your favorite TV shows or movies on the 50 inch TV, or head downstairs to the walkout family room for air hockey, shuffleboard and a 50 in. smart TV. Plenty of great books, games and puzzles for all ages can be found there, too.
Extra amenities include internet service, 2 master bedrooms with TV's. Linen service and one time trash pick-up provided in required fees. Additional trash pick-up available for a fee.

House was the perfect setup for a weekend getaway for our large family gathering. We had bad weather majority of our time there, but with the covered boat dock and plenty of games and area to hang out in the house, we still had a great trip. Owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay. My only tip would be if you have small children to bring a baby gate for the steps leading downstairs.

We had a great time at Lake Anna. House was very comfortable. Host very responsive. Location of the house is what sells it the most. Beautiful view of the lake from the dining/living room area ! Definitely recommend this house to anyone that is looking for peace, water access, views and comfort !

Very private, great house and covered dock for your boat and fishing. Safe swimming for the kids and they love the air hockey and shuffle board downstairs. Also, 2nd large TV downstairs that they connected their PS5. Grill on the upstairs porch with plenty of tables and chairs. We liked the firepit too. All in all a great vacation house with great views of the lake.

Great stay at the lake
Our family of 6 really enjoyed our time at Eagles LAnding. We did not have great weather but were still able to get out on the lake and enjoy it. The house is comfortable and good for large groups. The bot ramp on property an boathouse is great for those traveling with their own boat.

Our family of 9 loved this home's location, especially the spacious dock, which was great for relaxing, fishing, and sunbathing. The house was large and comfortably fit everyone.One of the owners live close by. They were friendly and easy to communicate with.
