Great spot. Fantastic communication and super easy check in. ‘Ultra luxurious’ is a relative term, but this was a very solid property. Would rent again, but small things need to be fixed- water and ice maker in refrigerator and the games in the game room as an example.

The place was very nice. Perfect for our family. Property Management compay was very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend them! I would definitely rent this home again.

We had a few concerns staying at this property, the ice maker and the refrigerator door ice dispenser is not functional. There are no window treatments on the main floor and main 1/2 bath causing lack of privacy. Huge concern especially with the ladies and small children. There are no towel bars in the full bathrooms or hooks to hang your towels or door hooks. Also, there are no drawers to put clothes away or hangers to hang your cloths. The distance to the beach is two blocks to get to a crosswalk. There are two hose bibs (one inside of the garage and one is out front) but no hose to rinse your sandy things off. There’s a bus station out front with a fence. My husband used the handicap parking on the other side of the fence and was blocked by buses entering the parking spot. On a brighter note, the property is very pretty with ample sleeping quarters, bathrooms on every floor, large garage with garage door opener, large TV’s, nice selection of kitchen appliances and cookware, 2 bikes, pool is nice, private game room (awesome!), 2 boogie board, 2 beach chairs and grill. Overall we give this property a 4 and highly recommend.

We also appreciate your feedback. The refrigerator’s ice maker has since been repaired. We will review your suggestions regarding additional towel hooks, hangers, and storage, as we are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Regarding the beach access, our listing accurately states the home’s location, and guests can reach the beach in just a short walk. The nearby bus station and public handicap parking are owned and managed by the town, so unfortunately we do not have control over bus operations or public parking. We understand how that situation could be frustrating. Thank you again for staying with us and for your valuable feedback.
