Very nice but a few details need attention.
Overall experience was pretty positive. There were a few details that could use attention.
The house was very loud. The fan in the furnce room was incredably load.
The instructions on the wall were too vague. There were no clear instructions for the pool and the pool cover. In your check-in instructions you need to make clear that you need to access the garage door by going through the house every time. Not a huge deal.
The grill bottom was very dirty and caught on fire. We managed to put it out without incident but It was clear no one had actually cleaned the base of the grill out in quite some time. Which is an extreme fire hazard.
The pool man showed up unannounced. I was surprised to find him standing outside in the courtyard while I was still in my pajamas. He was a very nice young man but you need to tell people when your staff is going to access the property.
I know beds are personal preferences, but those king beds are way too soft and difficult to get a good night's sleep in. It was like sleeping on a big marshmallow.
Please use king size sheets for king size beds. The top sheet on our bed was for a queen and proved to not stay tucked in making it very uncomfortable.
The kitchen was pretty well appointed I appreciate that.
There was quite a lot of litter all around the outside of the property. I understand that the property is brand new and you have a ton of contractors around but someone needs to go around and clean the areas outside, around the house up.
And my final feedback is you need some sort of light Illuminating the entrance to the development. It was Pitch Black and difficult to see entering after dark. Put the name of the Development on a sign in front.
