This property is perfectly placed, and wonderful to stay in! The area is beautiful and it is walking distance to Poipu Beach, where we were able to swim, snorkel, see wildlife, and watch the beautiful sunsets. The condo was clean and inviting. Gail was wonderful to work with! She was easy to communicate with, and made sure that we had everything we needed. She has great suggestions that she shares for local shopping, sight-seeing, and restaurants that we were never disappointed with. I would definitely stay in this condo again when we come back to the island!

This condo is perfect. My two teenage boys gave it a 10/10! Perfect location. Very comfortable beds and living areas. Having a washer/dryer came in very handy. I would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gail’s condo. The views from the big windows and balcony were amazing and the A/C kept us comfortable in the heat. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for the beach including boogie boards and chairs. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a great place for our family of 5. We loved the location. Gail was proactive in communication and really wanted to see us enjoy our stay. All logistics were straightforward. She was a great host!

Gail is a wonderful host and her condo is beautiful. It is in a perfect location for a Hawaiian vacation. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. The art and furnishings are beyond expectations. The views from the upstairs lanai are absolutely breathtaking. Parking is super convenient and there are so many paths for short or long walks. The pool is a 2 minute walk and the beach is just a bit further. There is a closet full of beach chairs and towels. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, dishes, glassware, and cookware. We used the outdoor grill as well. I cannot say enough about this gorgeous unit. And Gail is so easy to reach and communicate with. We had many opportunities to be in touch because we checked in one day before Hurricane Lowell visited Kauai, knocking out power and flooding the roads. Gail checked in with us throughout the storm and afterwards, contacting management for us with a variety of concerns. Sadly, we had to leave several days early and Gail was generous enough to give us a complete refund. We will go back to her condo for our next visit to Kauai.

My family of 5 had a great stay in Poipu. Awesome location with great view of the ocean from the top floor. Can walk to beaches, local restaurants, pickle/tennis courts, and the gorgeous coastal hike within minutes. Condo was comfortable and bigger than expected. Host was super helpful and responsive.

As of November 23,2025 the condo will be fully air conditioned with a Mini Spilt Air Conditioning system.

The place waa great, really enjoyed our stay, is bigger than it looks in the pictures, feels more like a house, it easily fit our family of five, the view from the house to the sea and sunset great, really short walk to the beach, and centrally located to go to different areas of Kauai, I would definitely stay again if I ever have the opportunity to come back to Kauai House is also well equipped with chairs and towels for a day in the beach.

Beautiful home, great location

This home is beautiful, clean, and comfy with Hawaiian artwork decorated throughout. We loved this home so much this is my family second stay here. Plenty of room for us with two bedrooms and three bathrooms lots of areas to relax and chill. Great location Close to Poipu Beach. Community pools, tennis court and barbecue grills.

Fantastic Experience

Staying at Gail's property is fantastic! It's the perfect set up for a family, and the Manualoha pool and access to Poipu Beach are perfect! We will certainly return.

Great Condo & Location

We had a great stay. The condo and grounds were clean. The location to the beach & pool were perfect. Beautiful view from the lanai. Books and games for the kids, didn’t really need the AC with windows open and fans. Walkable to multiple restaurants and sights.

Christmas vacation

This was home for my family if 5 over the holidays. This townhome is spacious and comfortable. The patio and lanai were great for relaxing in the evenings. The air conditioning was wonderful! The location is perfect for bouncing between endless walking paths, restaurants, the ocean, and swimming pools. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Incredible Place and Great Host

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful location in Poipu and the two-level unit was in great shape. The host was next level awesome. Easy to communicate with while we were there and when an issue rose, she jumped on it and resolved it as soon as she could. Highly recommend this location. Would definitely stay here again.

There is not central air but there are portable air conditioners in the master bedroom and the living room and lots of fans. It can be comfortable if fans and a/c units are managed properly. In 2024 out electric power will be upgraded so we will be able to get full A/C.

Great condo, fabulous location

With pickle ball for the teens, pools for the toddler and, beaches for everyone within walking distance the location can't be beat. The condo is perfect for family to gather and socialize. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. While the condo was warm when we first walked in, as soon as we got the breeze blowing through the open windows it was lovely. Comfy accommodations as well.

Great Location!

This place is a short walking distance to the pools, beach, tennis courts and restaurants/bar. Our host was exceptional as she checked in with us wondering how our stay was. We were having issues with some of the beach equipment which she quickly had replaced for us. This townhouse is not only in a great location but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic !

One of the best condos we stayed at! Gail’s place was one of the most well equipped with not only kitchen amenities but beach and leisure amenities as well. Fabulous location with a short walk to the beach and shops, and great pool just steps away. Bbq right outside lanai, tennis courts just steps further. Check in process was super easy as well. We will return.

Ideal south Kauai home base

What a comfortable spot for a family! This unit is well equipped with everything you could want. We loved being able to walk to Poipu beach and swim/snorkel/explore. We played pickleball daily at the adjacent tennis club. We loved the gorgeous pool. We appreciated the beach supplies - chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. we would love to return!

a true gem

This property was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). The location was wonderful - walking distance to the beach, ocean views, lovely pool. But best of all is the owner - she is kind, receptive, and communicative. The house was well appointed with some wonderful touches to make for an easy and enjoyable stay (beach chairs, boogie boards. mini coolers etc.). We would come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Gail's home in Poipu. The house itself was very clean and well cared for. It is spacious and comfortable for a family. The kitchen is well stocked for those who choose to eat in. The attention to detail and notes throughout the house made it very inviting and easy to navigate. Gail was also very easy to communicate with and was very responsive if we had questions. You cannot beat the location! You are steps away from two pools and a few minutes from great beaches! The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Kaua’i Trip

The property itself was beautiful. There were blooming Bougainvillea and other flowers all around. There was plenty of parking, so I was always able to find a space right in front of the unit. It was a short walk to either of the pools I had access to or the beach. The beach is the main snorkeling beach and has sunning turtles and seals, which was amazing. The u it itself was very clean and could have easily fit eight people (I was there by myself). There were towels, chairs, and an umbrella for the beach which was very handy. The balcony was wonderful at night to sit and relax while listening to the waves or some live music at the nearby eatery. I would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back.
