Great rental and location. Close to everything but in a residential, low traffic, quiet neighborhood. We travel with a dog, so a private, securely fenced backyard is the main priority when we book a rental, it was perfect for our needs. Tile throughout, making it easy to keep vacation floors clean (I detest sand and grit during a beach vacation:)

Came into town as a family going to Life Celebration. Three couplesstayed so the 3 queen beds worked great as most have twins. Really enjoyed everything especially the record olayer, good selection of records. The kitchen was well equipped. The only slight suggestion was that there were no mirrors anywhere except the bathroom on the cabinets. A full length inexpensive mirror on the back door would be nice. Other than that, we enjoyed the back, but only 4 chairs so we used the spares. A great place with a wonderful convenient location. We would come back in a heartbeat!!!

New Smyrna Beach family trip

We were pleased with the property and the location. Near so much activities on the beach, Flagler Ave and so many fantastic restaurants. I would highly recommend this rental.

Fun get away with family

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. The backyard was lovely and the house was very accommodating. The location is close to the beach and shops. We will definitely be back again. Thank you.

Wonderful Experience

This place was so cool. Perfect in every way. Loved the backyard and the easy access to the beach! Very quiet neighborhood with little to no traffic. We will definitely be back!

Great time

Pictures matched the home. The home was clean. It had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach. Close to downtown. I did ask the host a few questions while there and he was extremely responsive. There was almost an immediate reply to email. The best thing i can say is that we will look forward to returning next year!

The property worked well for our trip with our two dogs. The living room had ample seating and the record player was a fun touch. The primary bedroom did not have an en suite, but that was not a problem since it was just the two of us and we could easily access either of the updated bathrooms. The wi-fi was fast and the entire home was well decorated and the neighborhood was super quiet. The photos represent the property well. Walking distance to the beach. We would book here again!
