We had such a great time! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the ping pong and pool tables were a huge hit with our family. We spent a lot of time playing, laughing, and just hanging out together. It was the perfect place for our New Smyrna Beach family vacation and we made some great memories here. We would definitely stay again!

Great location! Pool table is a nice addition! Lots of beach supplies to use. Personally, we felt that the beds’ mattresses were too firm.

Hi, Timothy! Thanks for your review. We've never heard of our fabulous large beach house being referred to as "average". Could you kindly give us a little more detail about what needs updating besides the lighting and the mattresses? The mattresses were just purchased this year. The property was perfect for our family gathering. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and there was plenty of things for us to do. Great location for getting to the beach. My only complaint was the kitchen supplies...there are no wine glasses, and cookie sheets would have come in handy!

The location to the beach access was perfect. The home was spacious and decorated nicely. We enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. The outdoor shower came in handy to not drag sand onto the house. House was also very clean.

My family felt comfortable. It was clean had everything that we needed. All my questions were answered very timely, and they were quick to accommodate. Our last-minute needs to make it more comfortable for our family.

Great house

Very good communication and helpful… the house is well laid out and convenient for our stay. The request I made were promptly answered and I would definitely rent again in the future easy check and out instructions and they didn’t expect me to clean it for next guest like so many have a big list of things to do…

This was the perfect house for our family of 8 including four kids 10 and under. We came for a long weekend for Father’s Day with my parents and enjoyed the local restaurants, the beach and cooking at the house. The pool table and ping pong table were so much fun for all ages! It only takes a minute to walk to the beach and less than five to walk to a restaurant on the beach. There was so much space and the bedrooms and baths were very nice. We would definitely stay again!

Good could become great if house was provided a little TLC!

The house size and amenities, as well as the proximity to the beach were all good! However, the place definitely needs some TLC to make this a great place to stay! There were only 5 bath towels, in the house when we arrived, and the kitchen had no wash rags and very few pans or Pyrex dishes and the ones that were provided, were worn beyond repair. And the can opener was broken. The large yard in the back would have been great place to play if the grass had not burnt out, and full of weeds. The patio furniture should also be pitched - I'm not sure anyone could sit on the two lounge chairs or picnic tables without falling through the rotted wood. And there was random trash spread throughout the front and back lawn. On a positive note, the rental company did respond quickly and provided a workable resolution to our concern about just 5 bath towels for a family of 8.
