Island Club BEACH GEM Just steps from ocean, amenities galore!

Our 1st floor beach condo is just steps from the ocean and overlooks the tranquil lagoon, across from the pool. This fabulous 2 bedroom has been renovated with marble, granite and beautiful tile floors (which look like hardwood). Island Club is a gated oceanfront community with private beach access, pools, tennis, pickleball, outdoor grilling areas and corn hole stations. Enjoy the fitness center, playgrounds, fire pit and on-site bike rental.

Upon entering this enlarged, first floor 1,300 SF condo, is a lovely, updated kitchen with a new dining table, marble counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a washer/dryer. The charming living room provides plenty of seating and offers a beautiful view of the lagoon and a 55-inch, smart TV. Sliding doors open onto your extended 30 foot covered, private patio where you can enjoy the sunrise with your coffee, an evening cocktail, and be sure to check out the ducks, turtles and other wildlife. Fish in the 13 acres catch and release lagoon, just perfect for kids.

The master bedroom suite, with a king bed, is bright and airy - with a sliding door that opens onto the private patio. It has a large walk-in closet with an adjoining bathroom that has a beautifully updated vanity, granite tops and fixtures. The second bedroom has both a queen bed and twin, with an updated guest bath.

104 Island Club is a vacation villa you will want to return to year after year. It has everything a beach vacation rental should offer, and so much more. The location is great for most everything on the Island, including shopping, dining, bike trails, marinas and golf.

What is provided:
All linens are provided (bath towels/bed linens). Please bring your favorite beach towels. A starter set of soaps and paper products are here for your convenience.

The well stocked kitchen includes many amenities for those who love to eat in.

Our family had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect and on the quieter side of Hilton Head, which we loved. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk away. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we really enjoyed the view from the back patio. We’d happily stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful!! Has unforgettable and peaceful views. The host Debbie was great to reply quickly back if we had a question. The villa was as described and it was very updated and clean. We definitely want to come back again.

Debbie was very responsive to all my many questions I had, the condo was in the perfect location to the beach and the pool (only a couple min walk), it was clean and spacious, and we loved watching the turtles on the patio everyday. Definitely a win for our vacation!!!!!! Cant wait to come back and stay here again!!

Will definitely be back again!

The place is very well maintained, very pretty and very clean! Debbie responded quickly to our questions and was very accommodating...the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Long Weekend on HHI

Unit has everything you need for a great vacation! It is decorated beautifully, beds are comfortble, and location is wonderful! The owner is informative about the area and available for your needs. We will definitely stay here again!

Great condo !

This property was great ! Clean and comfy with a well stocked kitchen too. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Fun pools, tennis courts and workout rooms For all ages .

Great Place

We loved our place at the Island Club. The property was clean and spacious. Debbie was a great host. My kids loved feeding the turtles. I would definitely stay here again!

The Island Club

Condo was cute and very clean. The area had great amenities and easy, close beach access. Owner was friendly and communication was easy and efficient. My family enjoyed our stay and we will likely return!

Perfect family vacation spot

We really enjoyed our week at this condo! It was very cute, clean, beautifully decorated and so close to the beach! The deck overlooking the pond was a favorite for our family. Debbie was very responsive when I reached out with questions! We would definitely stay here again!

Island Club stay

We had such a great time at the Island Club. The condo is in the perfect location and was very nice! Our only complaint was the pool got a little crowded during peak hours...but nothing we couldn’t deal with. We will definitely be back next year!!

My husband and I have been enjoying Hilton Head Island for 25+ years. We fell in love with this beautiful island, the ocean and winding bike paths, unlimited golf, tennis and wonderful beaches. We enjoy vacationing with our family, sharing many memories. We live in Michigan, and the sunshine and warm ocean breeze keep us coming back - so much that we are now “snowbirds” during the winter season. We are continuously updating the condo, making it the best for our guests! We hope you enjoy your stay in our home away from home and come back to visit!

We love the Island Club - this has been our favorite place of all - which has everything to offer, but you still feel part of a small community. This resort is oceanfront, very well groomed and maintained, and offers private beach access, 3 swimming pools (including kiddie pool, hot tub and tanning bed), nine tennis courts, basketball, pickleball, fitness center with sauna, catch & release ponds for fishing, on-site bicycle rentals, playgrounds and picnic/grilling areas. Centrally located, this is close to everything on the Island - but still has the feeling of being off the beatin' path. It is in a gated community, with home owners that live there full time and rentals. We hope you love our condo and the Island Club as much as we do.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The condo is located in highly sought after Waterway Building and is only 1 of 5 units located on the first floor. Our extra large balcony overlooks the peaceful lagoon, very private and secluded. Closest building to the pool area, with easy access to the beach in a quick 2-3 minute walk. We love the pool area, relaxing on the beach or jumping on the adjacent bike path for a view of the island. It is so quiet and peaceful here, with the offering of many activities. It is a big community with a small community feel.
