We had an incredible stay in this VRBO for my bachelorette. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The location next to Barton Springs is unbeatable. Lisa shared so many great recommendations and was very helpful throughout the entire stay!

We had the most incredible time. the house is stunning and spacious and is so perfectly close to all the magic of Barton springs and the trail around the lake. I hosted a women’s retreat here and would definitely use it again as it was so peaceful. Lisa was incredibly helpful and even connected me with an incredible breath work facilitator. Seriously I am so so glad we used this space I highly recommend it!

Great location. We enjoyed the Barton spring pool. The house is perfectly Austin. It’s nice and also interesting. We had a 6 person retreat there and it was perfect. Lots of places to hang out with friends and easy to do things in Austin with the proximity to town.

Fabulous Stacy for a 50th birthday ladies trip! We enjoyed a tea and yoga at the house and proximity to many great restaurants and activities! Great host and good communication.

This is such a unique property! It’s located next to so many activities and restaurants. Lisa was a perfect hostess and thinks of every detail. We had a group of 8 picky CEO’s and they were all thrilled. Rent with confidence!

I hosted my sister’s bachelorette party at this property. The location was perfect, very close to all the bars, restaurants and shops. The host is very informative, kind and thorough. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Enjoyed the home overall. For our large group, it worked well and was reasonably close to the events we were there for. Both units have a lot of small beds and small bedrooms and a couple larger ones. for those not in the larger bedrooms, the space is functional, but not luxurious. The common areas are very nice though.

Would love to know what renter meant as "fair" amenities. This guest texted me upon arrival stating there were only 5 bath towels available for 6 bathrooms. I immediately checked with crew and confirmed 18 bath towels out for guests. I immediately texted guest back and never heard from him again. Zero communication from him after multiple texts to confirm everything was great. I rated this guest as "would not rent to again." Zero communication does not work with me as owner and management of this property. This guest also challenged my early check in policy which is designed for ultimate respect for both cleaning crew as well as guests.

The house and host were amazing. Beautifully designed home and the outdoor spaces were delightful to relax and unwind. Lisa was proactive with her communication and very responsive. Location adjacent to Barton Springs Pool was also ideal and the hiking path right next to it was great for our large group to explore without having to drive to. Highly recommended!!

Best stay we could have asked for

The property is even better than the pictures. The location is incredible and it's beautifully decorated. The whole weekend we kept talking about what an incredible find it was and are already recommending it to all of our friends. Can't wait to come back one day!

We had a group of 10 visiting Austin for a work conference. The group consisted of family and employees. We required several bedrooms with private baths and this place met that request. The location was wonderful, the communication was one of the best we’ve experienced. We knew exactly how to get in. She was very responsive to our initial check-in first day process. This has been one of the better stays we’ve experienced for a large group.I would consider doing this again if ever in the Austin area. And the coffee was great!

Perfect Spot for a wonderful trip to Austin

Whether you are looking to just relax around you’re VRBO on the lovely decks and read and play games or your looking to go adventuring throughout Austin this location with its proximity to Barton Springs and great food spots like the picnik food trucks is great! The host Lisa was so helpful and offered numerous recommendations of great spots to eat and activities to do and made sure that we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. She was truly a great person to rent from and I cannot recommend her and her property enough! This place is a gem and if you are lucky enough to book this place you definitely won’t regret it!

Even better than the pictures! It was equipped with everything we could have asked for and more. Great location; easy to get around everywhere, and across the street from Barton Springs! The host was responsive and communicative, and the space was sparkling clean!

This owner, you can immediately tell, takes great pride in renting an exclusive home with world class customer service. Our vacation could have not been better thanks to this fantastic owner. 60th Birthday Weekend

We rented both levels of this house (separate entrances) for a birthday weekend with 6 couples. The place feels like a treehouse, with big deck and patio, lovely water feature, and Zilker Park across the road. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and Lisa has done a beautiful job of decorating and creating communal spaces.

Girls long weekend - AMAZING

I rented both units and it was FANTASTIC. The space was perfect for a big group, adorably decorated, with beautiful outdoor spaces, lots of natural light, well equipped and comfy beds. Every one of my guests was so impressed by the home. It was also very clean and it the BEST location - close to everything! I could not have found a better location for my birthday weekend. Lisa was also super helpful and responsive.

Awesome for Team Retreat

I gathered my sales team for two days of meetings. There was plenty of common space, both inside and out, where we could meet, as well as enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own private space. The location next to Zilker Park was a plus as well as we could take walks on breaks etc. The property mgt contact was very helpful and easy to work with. I recommend this property without reservation.

Incredible Stay in Austin - THE BEST LOCATION!

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this property in Austin, Texas. The property was immaculate—very spacious and sparkling clean. The host was outstanding, providing exceptional communication and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I can’t say enough about how great our experience was and how impressed the entire group was with the property. The location may have been the best part of the stay. It was very close to Barton Springs and provided easy access to downtown Austin and all the places we needed to visit. If you’re coming to Austin, do not stay anywhere else. This is one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed at. Highly recommended!
