Welcome to our large 2 bed room apartment close to downtown Burlington Vermont and the Lake Champlain waterfront. Walking distance to everything that Burlington has to offer and a block from Battery Park where you can find the best sunsets!

2 floor apartment with living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom on first floor. 2 bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor.
Please notice the shower on the 1st floor is a bit funky with a low ceiling. We have recently added a 2nd bathroom upstairs.

Self checkin with personal entry code

Always available via airbnb or call/text

Walkable to all that downtown has to offer. Uber/lyft are also available

Free off street parking for 1 car
No parties, pets on the beds and please pick up after your dog when using the bathroom outside

Short walk to downtown Burlington

Good location and plenty of space. Parking is easy and the street was quiet.

Great location and place

The property was clean, cute, and spacious! We had a great trip because the location and property managers helped so much with the experience. Will definitely stay again next time we are in burlington!

Great location, very clean and comfortable

My son and I stayed here to visit UVM. The location was perfect. Very close to the action in town and an easy drive to the University. The place was clean and comfortable and the perfect size for the two of us for two nights. Thanks!

Close to waterfront

Oerfect for our short getaway to bike and hike in Lake Champlain area! Walked to restaurants ample parking and easy drive to Stowe too! plenty of room for two couples or a family of 4.

Perfect Quick Visit

Wanted a simple stay with a location near the lake and walking distance to downtown and this fit the bill. The place had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Great location

Nice two day stay

We stayed on Park St. for a weekend moving my daughter. It was a nice place to relax after a long day working hard. Plenty of space for 4 of us. One slept on the couch comfortably. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The place was great! Very clean and located within walking distance to dining options. Enjoyed Foam Brewery and several restaurants downtown. We didn't have any issues checking in or out. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels (not always the case in some places). I would definately stay here again if we come back.

Weekend ski shopping

My husband and 14 year old son and I came up for a weekend to hit some ski shops and breweries. The location of this property was perfect. It was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and walked to most places. Parking is super convenient. A lovely place to stay!

Clean place. Good location.

Clean and updated property. Great communication with host. Only negative was the smell upon walking in. It smells like a wet basement. Contacted host to let her know and she said it’s been a warm summer and they’d look into doing something about the basement. Otherwise a good stay.

Our stay

Our stay was fine. The only thing that wasn't good was the TV situation. We were there Superbowl Sunday, and we were watching it through Paramount Plus, and it kept going out like the WIFI wasn't working well. Other than that the stay was good.

It is a lovely, large apartment, one of five units in an older house. The bedrooms are reasonably sized and equipped with AC units. The upstairs bathroom is large—the one downstairs, not so much. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. The only downside was the musty smell when we walked in, which is not uncommon in older buildings. We soon got used to it but noticed it each time we returned from outside. Overall, it is very comfortable and suitable for four adults.

Wonderful home base

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property! The location was great for exploring Burlington. The house was beautifully equipped and comfortable throughout. The only glitch we had was a little delay in getting our check-in information, but the host was very prompt in getting back to us well before we arrived. Our family enjoyed playing games in the comfy living room and sharing a take-out meal in the kitchen. Having a dedicated parking space off the street was convenient. I definitely recommend the apartment!

Convenient Location

It was close to town but you did have to walk by a sketchy park to get into town. We decided we didn’t want to walk home after dark so we walked back and got the car. The apartment was fine for one night . Downstairs bathroom could use a renovation and one bedroom was tiny.

Disappointing

Was very disappointed in this rental. I will start by saying that the owners seemed nice and were responsive to a concern I had about a constant beeping noise that would not stop. But about the actual apartment, the place is dirty and it smells musty/mildew. The bed covers, the couch everything smelled musty. The baseboards, the windows, the walls, the switch plates, the appliances, all have dirty fingerprints, there were dead bugs covering the window sills, overall general uncleanliness. The outlet in the second bedroom was falling out of the wall. Porcelain on the downstairs toilet was broken. The light fixtures and hinges were rusty. The shower curtain is lined with mold. I could go on and on. We ended up leaving after one night because the mildew in the house was so much that we were miserable and not feeling well. For the high price of this rental we expected it would be nicer.

It could have been much nicer!

We were disappointed in our accommodations. While the apartment was clean, it is very old, the tv kept buffering & we could only get 2 channels, there was only 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. That was difficult with 2 different bathrooms on two different levels, especially for 4 senior adults. There were no condiments for the coffee. The internet was almost nonexistent. There were no instructions for the A/C in the bedrooms & remote control ended up in the wrong bedroom. There was no ice maker so we had to buy ice both days. The furniture wasn’t comfortable for 4 senior adults. The downstairs’ shower was crazy. There were no Kleenex. There was only 1 kitchen towel and 1 sponge in the kitchen. The smaller of the 2 bedrooms was so small you only had 6” on each side. We would not stay here again.
