We’re also happy the main bedroom mattress and the Murphy bed worked well for your family. We truly appreciate you bringing the minor maintenance items to our attention, and we’re glad we were able to quickly arrange for the refrigerator water filter to be replaced. Thank you as well for reporting the existing wall damage upon your arrival. We sincerely apologize that the condo was not cleaned to the standard you expected. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we appreciate you letting us know right away. While we were happy to offer an additional housekeeping visit, we understand you had already taken care of it yourself. Your feedback regarding the counters and refrigerator has been shared with our housekeeping team so we can improve our inspection process and help ensure future guests receive the level of cleanliness we strive to provide.
