Beautiful grounds, great access to beach

The grounds are gorgeous and you can walk to the beach and marina. Lots of sleeping options for a family.

We really enjoyed our stay. Paul and Lisa were great hosts and communicated well. And that shower WOW that is a 5 1/2 star shower!

Wonderful Area & Complex

The complex is amazing, has a pool and hot tub, as well as nearby restaurants just over the bridge. There's also a really cool area where the water is calm and you can walk through to the marina and restaurants.

We really enjoyed the property grounds. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities.

Great place to stay. Close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful ground, with pools, hot tub, and grilling area.Game room, gym a plus. very tight security no worries. Plan on going back next year

This was the best! Beautiful view out our balcony, quiet area, and comfy accommodations! Just a few minutes walk to the beach! There were plenty of towels and wash cloths, and many things that helped us out at the beach. We will definitely come back again! Thanks for such a great place to stay!

Awesome beach location

Really had a nice stay here. Close to the beach. Has a pool that is nice. Close to the Harbor as well for walking and restaurants. Great communication with the host. Parking and check in easy. Instructions easy to follow. Thank you!

Fun winter getaway.

It was great to get away from the Midwest and the cold weather. San Diego had a lot to offer and the place was nice however a bit dated. I would definitely recommend staying there again as it has many amenities in a great location.

The location and complex are amazing. The unit itself can use some updating, but it has everything you need! I highly recommend North Coast Village.

Family Fun

Perfect affordable place to enjoy tropical paradise and an easy walk to the beach. Charming, not perfectly updated (which we prefer 😉)

Paradise Found

My family of 4 spent last week enjoying this property and the immaculate grounds of North Coast Village. We had a flawless experience working with Paul and Lisa and would highly recommend. We hope to stay again in the future.

We love it here!

We have stayed in this area of condos 3 times now. It’s such a great location— next to the beach, close to the harbor and food/shops, and the property is beautiful. We’ve enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the past, but this trip it was always so busy. Bonus that Ubereats/Grubhub delivers here and it’s such an easy process! We will definitely be back.

Golf and Sunsets

The grounds have a resort like feel. Unit adequate for golf trip. Nice shower, bath towels. Bed ok. Kitchen had the basics but could use a few more extras. Very happy overall. Would stay again.

My family spent the weekend renting 5 units in the premises. Our unit, while it was acceptable, was the only one of the units with no bath amenities and poor quality of coffee (no tea).

I want to come back here again

Everything was perfect, starting with the friendly manager at the entrance. Convenient parking spot right next to the elevator, cozy apartment, thanks to the owners for leaving a bottle of wine. Everything was clean and beautiful, we liked the decor. The apartment had everything you needed: books, board games, dishes, plenty of towels, beach chairs and surfboards. We really enjoyed our vacation!
