A beautiful house in the perfect location for a long weekend with a group of friends! The hosts are very responsive and communicate proactively. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

My family and I had the best stay here. The location is super convenient to getting around LA (the grocery store being just down the street was also super helpful.) Street parking is super convenient, the rooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful, convenient place to stay in LA.

Beautiful, cozy, great location with super responsive hosts! If you’re looking in the Venice Beach-Santa Monica area: snag this property! Perfect location in a roomy, well appointed home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook morning breakfast or a nice evening meal! We so enjoyed the outdoor firepit in the evening!

Had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean and spacious. The outdoor area was great. Hosts were very accommodating and very prompt in answering any questions. Store was within walking distance for anything you might need. Would definitely stay again Thank you Jorgen and Sanjeeta

Very nice location!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. It was super easy to communicate with the owner even when he was in Australia. It was super close to family we were visiting and the convenience of parking was fabulous. We would stay again.

Wonderful experience

We had a fantastic stay! The house was in a perfect location for us—close to everything we needed, well equipped and as described in the pictures. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and the entire experience was seamless. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for an stress-free getaway!

Our stay was very comfortable and close to family we were visiting for the holidays. The house is nicely remodeled and furnished. Everything was in good working order, clean, organized and convenient. We were there during heavy rains (appreiated the umbrellas!) so didn't get to enjoy the outdoor areas other than the BBQ. We did like the gated privacy and inside the house was very quiet. We're familiar with the area and enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, to the Cafe at Penmar Golf Course and the easy access to Starbucks at Ralphs nearby.
