Great host, convenient location, plenty of parking, etc. The property is more spacious than we expected and we really appreciated that it was pet friendly. We also appreciated all the attention to detail and amenities.As someone unfamiliar with the area, we were shocked by how fast and simple it was to get downtown to Busch Stadium.

Clean rooms, good communication with host, easy checkout. No issues. We did wonder what happened to the brown sofa in living room pictures, but now has a vintage blue sofa with lower seating. (Maybe not important to most, but is havoc to 70 years olds)

Austin's house was perfect for our stay in STL. He was very responsive and we loved his attention to details. The house was clean with plenty of space. Parking was easy on the street. The location was convenient at about 15 min from WashU (graduation) in the other side of Park Forest. We recommend it!

Great accommodations!! Clean house with lots of thoughtful amenities. Good neighborhood for a family and dog friendly. Close by to many things to do, including the Gateway Arch which is what we came to see. The best of the entire experience was the host though. He was super communicative, very helpful, and obviously cares about our experience. A in customer service. Thank you for a lovely evening in St. Louis.

Nice place to stay with close proximity to the sites. Everything I. The house worked great. Beds were comfortable and the location was good.

The host was very pleasant and professional . Great accommodations, comfortable beds. . My husband being a carpenter, could see where there was maintenance needed. I think it could use a good, thorough cleaning . Otherwise, it was a convenient place to stay. It suited our needs. Thank you!

Austin was a great host. He was very accommodating, the place was very clean, and he even had a welcome booklet with St. Louis recs. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet Street, clean place and responsive owner!

Austin was very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay in this little home near Forest Park. It was convenient for our purposes and well equipped. Everything was clean and ready upon our arrival and the host provided a nice binder with extra information about the St. Louis area. We hope to stay again when we return to the area and would highly recommend this property and host.

Property was in a quite older neighborhood. Outside was kept up nicely the properties around the house, not so much. Bathroom needed to be cleaned. The bathtub was pretty dirty. We had a four year-old with us that takes baths and it didn’t really seem clean enough for her to do so. The walls need to be touched up with paint and kitchen needed to be cleaned a little bit better other than that the property in decent shape. The communication from the owner was great so that was nice.

The host was personable and welcoming. The interior of the home was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for the main Arch, Zoo, and related area attractions. Overall, the property was generally accurately represented, but more importantly fairly priced for the offering, well maintained, clean, and comfortable.
