This was our second time staying at this rental! Love the convenience to the beach and family! The oversize balcony and fully accesorized kitchen make for a relaxing stay! Not having to lug the beach chairs and umbrellas was a bonus! We will be back!

Everything about this property and the host surpassed any and all expectations. From the view, to the space, attention to detail, cleanliness, and Kevin was an exceptional host. We highly recommend renting this property.

Beautiful oceanfront condo. The view and ease of getting to the beach can't be beat. The photos do not lie. The home has everything you could need. We would love to rent again!

Beautiful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo twice and have never been disappointed. The condo has an excellent view of the ocean and also has one of the largest balconies for just relaxing. Very clean and the beds are comfy. A couple of our favorite places to eat are: Dockside and TacoLu.

Beach Christmas

Property is very well maintained and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Outdoor furniture is very comfortable. We loved special touch of Christmas decorations, nice hand soap and brand new Christmas dishtowels.

Highly recommend

The property is as beautiful as the photos. I thought the 7th floor might be an inconvenience but the views were spectacular and it didn’t bother us at all. Enjoyed using the gym and hot tub. So much to do close by

Beautiful Condo and Location

I cannot say enough about the condo and location. It was huge with all the necessities to cook and all appliances and facilities in good working order. Loved the beach chairs and towels to borrow as well as plenty of outdoor furniture to relax. Steps from the Tiki Bar at the Hampton to enjoy cocktails and live music and steps from the beach too. Covered parking was also much appreciated. No noise from surrounding neighbors. We had the best time!

Wedding week with family

Unit was spotless! Have everything we needed...pillows could be replaced stained pretty bad...otherwise perfectly well stocked with everything even tommy Bahamas beach chairs!.. hot tub was out of order..for the whole week. And pool was too cold to swim in.

First Time at Jax Beach

This was our first trip to Jacksonville Beach, and it turned out absolutely fantastic. Staying at the Oceania Condominium was a big, big part of that. The condo we stayed in was on the 7th floor, and it was just as advertised…no surprises. Parking was easy, the building was very secure, and it was not super crowded at all. It was directly on the beach, and we had the pool (nice sized) almost completely to ourselves. The management company that we worked with had the unit looking really good upon check-in… they even thought to have sweet jazz music playing when we walked in. The condo was very tastefully decorated, very much in a Florida style. There were great restaurants throughout Jax Beach and none were all that crowded. All-in-all, this trip to Jacksonville Beach was a home run!!!

Great peaceful place that made us feel like we were at home!

Reviewer Comments: I booked this place as I was going to be travelling to Jax to visit Mayo Clinic for a Cancer Surgery and needed a place that did not feel like a hotel to recover for a week after surgery. This place was perfect. From the day we arrived, Kevin had the place opened up and waiting on us with soft music playing and all the lights on. The moment we arrived, I knew we picked the perfect place to stay for my recovery. The entire week and a half was great. The place is very quiet, not a busy place at all. The beach was empty and there is a nice little bar and grill next doow on the beach to grab a quick bite if you need it. I highly recommend this place and will be looking into booking it again in October when I have to fly back down for more checkups! Thanks again!

The sunrises each morning were spectacular on the huge balcony with comfortable furniture. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. The parking was easy and having the garage was so convenient when it rained. The location is amazing and central to everything. Excellent communication with Kevin the property manager. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Perfect view and location, awesome balcony, very clean, good mattresses, but needed more supplies such as paper towels, coffee pods (there were only 2 pods) but I left several, and especially bar soap (was just barley enough for two showers) when you are staying for 7 nights.

The agent for the home, met us at the gate to let us in and walked us around the community and explained everything in detail. He also had turned on lights and music in the home prior to us entering and it gave such a serene welcome. WE will definitely be coming back again and again.

This is truly an outstanding property! Very clean and spacious and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable time. The sunsets and sunrises were priceless! I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy experience. The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. Space was plenty big and very clean. I didn't care for carpet in the bedrooms, in particularly at the beach, but that's personal preference. We rented in late September, so both the condo building and area were quiet, which is what we needed. Only bummer is that Hurricane Ian cut our trip short.
