This was an amazing place to stay and next time we are in the area will book here again.It was within walking distance of town and our host was very responsive with answers to our questions.

Beautiful home, lovely decor, very welcoming and has everything you could possibly need. Beds and linens were so comfortable. The location is perfect - so close to Riverwalk and all that it has to offer.

This is a lovely property in a great location. Loved that all the beds were king, which is truly hard to find. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were nicely done. The host responded immediately to any question we had. We really enjoyed the closeness to the Riverwalk and being able to walk rather than have to find parking. I would not hesitate to stay here again and hope that we have the opportunity to.

We had a fantastic stay! The location of the house is amazing, in a beautiful neighborhood that’s a quick walk to the river and restaurants. Everything was comfy and nice. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay. Communication with the host was great and the home was perfect. This is our second time staying here within two months. The new patio in the back garden is beautiful. This is such a cozy and relaxing home!

We were in town for a wedding and this home was perfect for zipping back and forth to the venue, breweries, the river restaurants and all that beautiful, historic Wilmington has to offer. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture when we needed to take a break and relax. Just wish it had a porta-crib and high chair for our one-year-old grandchild; otherwise it was perfect in every way!

What a beautiful home. So relaxing! Everything was perfect from booking through the visit. The added bonus is as the horse and buggy that came through on Friday and Saturday.

Perfect Downtown Stay

Great property!! Close to everything downtown - we walked everywhere the entire weekend! Loved seeing the horse drawn carriage going by daily! Plenty of space! Newly renovated! We will definitely return!

Beautiful home

The pictures are so accurate. Well stocked kitchen. I fell in love with the range! The house is within walking distance to the riverwalk where there are great restaurants. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings. I highly recommend this home and hope we can come back soon.

I can’t say enough about this home. It was even more than what was listed. So comfortable and welcoming, just an all around beautiful home. Tiffany was a fantastic host, very responsive and so very helpful when I reached out to her. The proximity to the downtown area was perfect as well, which was even closer than what I thought it was. Couldn’t recommend more!

Great house and a wonderful neighborhood. Street parking with ease. Walking distance to the downtown and boardwalk area. Pictures are accurate and the host answered all questions immediately. My husband and sister and brother in law loved the firmness of the beds (Me not so much. lol I had a back ache every morning). The house was decorated for the holidays and we loved the overall vibe of the home. Kitchen was stocked with what you need. The weather was not in our favor when we were there but it didn’t matter (rained for two solid days). We found lots to do. If we come back to Wilmington I would definitely book this house again but would love if one of the beds had a soft topper! lol
