We loved the house. The pool was perfect for us. Communication with Matthew was very good. Location was great - nice neighborhood and close to all one needs.

Amazing Home in a Great Location!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at this beautiful property! The home was spotless, spacious, and even more stunning in person. The pool was fantastic and so refreshing. The kitchen is great with its new appliances. The gated community added an extra layer of security and peace of mind, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was incredibly convenient with easy access to I-4 and US-27, making trips to nearby stores a breeze. We loved having Walgreens, Publix, Chick-fil-A, and Walmart just 17 minutes away. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and a prime location!

The property is in a gated community. The home is beautiful with updated appliances and marble/tile floors in all but two bedrooms. Two twins have carpet along with the game room.The gameroom was nice and a blast from the past with Pong, PacMan and several others.The front door has a beautiful etched design, but allows too much light for me. I felt as though someone could see in the door, because there is a clear glass piece. It made me uneasy.The west facing pool does not get a lot of sun in the mornings. I can't complain about that because "west facing pool" is mentioned in the caption and description several times.The home is close to a lot of fast food and restaurants near Champions Gate.Lots of towels and bedding for your stay. The bedroom Lanai sliding door was difficult to open, so I had to use a different door. We weren’t sure about calling Uber eats or Doordash since we would have to give the gate code. We should have checked with the host. The neighborhood is very quiet. The hot tub and pool were quite nice. I was a little dismayed that the lawncare service showed up. With no warning there were guys in the backyard cutting grass.Typically there's a message from the host to alert you.All in all it was a good stay.

Thank you for the 5-star review, Glenda, delighted you had a good stay! Glad you found everything to be as per the listing and you found the home to be beautiful. You might have noticed that the lawncare is done by the HOA across the entire West Haven community including all your neighbors, we do not employ them directly, they are there servicing the whole community and so we can't advise when they will be there for the brief 3-minute time it takes to mow the strip of lawn, and of course it needs to be mowed regularly to keep it tidy. Glad you liked the front door, don't worry, no one can see through. And no problem with deliveries to the home, we did advise of this once you asked. Glad it was a good stay!

The house was clean welcoming and so nice it was only 4 of us staying for couples get away and we felt together enough but also plenty of privacy when needed Host was sure to respond and took care of a small issue with a comforter and the area was very nice
