Communication was great. The property was great. We had an issue with the hot water heater when we got there and they were able to resolve that quickly so that was really great. Would use them again.

We had a great stay here. Great neighborhood. Close proximity to all things downtown Moab. Only complaint was a/c couldn’t keep up with the temperatures, but we understood as it was 100 degrees when we were there. We would absolutely stay here again!

By far one of the best places we have stayed and we have stayed in a lot of as my grandchildren call them borrowed houses.

Extended family getaway

Loved the home and location. Everything was very clean and easy to get into. Loved that it was in the center of everything. Host was very responsive and easy to get in contact with. I would recommend and would also stay here again.

This VRBO had everything! Tons of extra blankets, pillows, games, etc.. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bike racks and tools were amazing as well. Highly recommend for a MTB vacation.

Great Family Rental!

We loved our stay at this property. This place had everything we needed for a fun time- pool, games, bikes etc. We were pleasantly surprised to find a play closet filled with toys. It was just what we needed for the littles. The bathroom situation for multiple families worked really well too. Perfect family getaway for young families.

Awesome family stay!

This property was perfect! Had plenty of space and was so nicely done. Hot tip, if you're taking kids they will want to use the vending machines and no one in town with give you quarters so make sure you pack plenty :)

Perfect location

Had a great stay. Condo was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect. We were close enough to bike the little kids to the Moab rec Center and the bike park while the bigger people were out on the trails. Would definitely stay here again.

Family of 10

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and the tub in the master bath was great for soaking at a day of hiking in Arches and off roading. My son enjoyed the bikes and being able to ride into town. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The teens enjoyes the little patio to hang out on. We would definitely stay here again.

Great trip

We loved the condo. Most powerful outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. Only one dish towel. House was very clean and well stocked.

Family time

Listing said it sleeps 14 but it only sleeps 12. There was an air mattress but no pump. We wanted to rent the mopeds and ebikes but there were no keys per the management. No reserve toilet paper, laundry soap or counter cleaner. We enjoyed the location and the swimming pool

Wonderful Place and Manager

My wife and our two kids stayed in this unit. It was great! The beds were comfortable and the unit lays out very well. It is nice to have a garage to use. The kids cave was a huge hit with our 6 and 4 year olds. The pool is nice as well. The communication with the property manager Tom was fantastic. He and his staff went out of their way to help us retrieve our sons favorite stuffed animal that was left behind. They helped coordinate shipping it back to Florida for us. I can't thank them enough. I hope you all enjoy it as we did.

So sorry I accidentally broke a handle off a cutting board. Also noticed a white coffee cup was chipped, ( not sure if we did that). Will happily replace. Also we noticed Kureg coffee maker he did not work.

Third Year Here Cause We Love It!!!

This place is always exactly what we need! The garage space is very nice for not bringing sandy shoes into the house and is perfect for our bikes. Also, there is so much space inside the house. Although we don’t have kids the “kids cave” is very cute. They have a bbq. 2 electric skillets. 2 waffle irons. Tons of cooking pots, pans, dishes, etc. Also a blender! The only thing I would love to see is a few more cleaning rags and a cleaning spray in the kitchen so that we can clean the counters. Additionally, the water pressure is good but not great, but maybe I’m just spoiled haha. Still everything we need!!
