We loved our stay. Property was clean and well equipped. Location was great. Short walk to the beach, and the shopping/restaurants weren't far. Being on the golf course was nice. Bikes were a nice addition that we used a couple of times. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved it so much! View was amazing from top floor and it had more than enough room for our whole group. I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect relaxing stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another cozy stay at this well-built home! We found an additional fish shop during this trip (in Bay City) to enjoy fresh seafood at home. Sunset to Sunset Vacation Rentals is the best -- their properties are spotless and service is always consistent.

Everything about this property was absolutely perfect. The location of the home as well as the layout and amenities. The kitchen is well appointed and made for easy meal prepping. The only challenge I'd like to note is that every single bed/mattress was horribly uncomfortable. It would be a wise investment in this rental to upgrade the main mattresses. :)

Great Location, Needs some Love

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property location was great. Kitchen was well stocked. There is evidence of wear and tear from being a rental property that is starting to show. Biggest detractor from stay was sheets and bedding. All of it was polyester blends that felt like sleeping in plastic bags. We were there during a hot week and for a house without AC the sheets the first two nights stuck to your body. Not a great sleep experience.

Wonderful location right on axis to golf and right off Manzanita’s beach / coast.

It was wonderful! Weather wasn’t really good enough to golf (for my tastes), but the location and views were lovely. Great location to downtown.I prefer walking over driving. I was able to crawl thoughout the front property with RC. It was fun!

Great spot close to the everything

My kids loved the bikes and enjoyed the paths. The house is also a couple minutes to the nearest state park and my kids loved the bike paths in there as well.

It has an outlook onto a pond in the distance and is tucked away from the one set of neighbors. We loved the location and the home - quiet and very private. However, the front door lock needed to be replaced or fixed as it didn’t work at times for us. We should have called the rental agency, but we were remiss in doing that.With one of our couples who was older, stairs were a bit difficult. They also said the lighting for reading upstairs was not sufficient. If I could give this home 4.5 stars, I would do that instead of 5 stars.There are not thermostats in every room as mentioned in the welcome book. We loved the quiet location, and the cleanliness of the home as well as the ease of walking to the beach. Manzanita is great for exploring Canon Beach and Rockaway. Two folks in our group used the bikes and said the chains needed oiling, but I told them that they were blessed to have them at all. Restaurants are good, and it is a very quiet location. We would definitely stay here again. If you are a golfer, there is an executive par 3 right across the street.Great place to stay.
